The Space:

The space



A bright, well-organized studio with a sleeping area, dining space, and a small kitchen setup for light cooking. The apartment is set up for comfort and convenience — perfect after a day at the lake or a swim.



Guest Access:

You’ll have private access to the entire studio. The indoor pool is shared within the building (in-house facility) and available to guests according to house rules and opening times.



The Neighborhood:

The studio is located in a peaceful residential area in Brissago, close to Lake Maggiore. You’ll be within easy reach of the lakeside promenade, cafés, restaurants, and small local shops — ideal for slow mornings, evening strolls, and enjoying the relaxed Ticino atmosphere.



Getting Around:

Brissago is easy to explore on foot, and public transport is a convenient option for day trips. Bus connections link Brissago with Ascona and Locarno, and from there you can continue by train or boat. Parking options depend on your setup (private or public nearby), and we’ll share the best arrival tips before check-in.

Indoor pool: The in-house indoor pool is a shared building facility and can be used during the posted opening times and according to house rules.



Studio layout: This is a one-room apartment (sleeping and living area in one open space, separate bathroom).
