Awesome hotel, fantastic room, but this may sound trivial, for the room price it would have been perfect if there were cookies or biscuits in the room.

Conveniently located by the South Bank: Streets beach, museums, galleries, dining. The room was spacious and clean. Furniture was in excellent condition. It took a few minutes for us to realize we needed to insert a key card in the slot near the door in order to turn on the A/C.

This is a very comfortable hotel in Southbank that suited us for attending a performance at QPAC. Staff are very professional and a pleasant cafe downstairs. Had to take a few points off for the grungy soap dispensers on the wash machines and the whole of the first floor reeking of cigarette smoke on arrival.

It had a really welcoming feel to the place , the staff at reception were great , had excellent customer service and not to mention as it was my mine and my partners anniversary , they were kind enough to include our stay with an upgraded room to a king suite , which made our experience 10 times better , can highly recommend this place if your looking for excellent hospitality and something nice but affordable that doesn’t break the budget , will definitely be coming back !

Great place to stay.
Easy check in and check out. Modern, clean room with easy access for anyone with mobility issues. Johnny had an exceptional attitude and was very friendly and helpful. Easy access for Ubers and taxis at front door. Cafe at ground level had a good selection of food and drinks.

Needed a place close to the hospital and this was so close and easy to visit my wife who was having surgery Everyone was so friendly and supportive when I was a little stressed and upset especially Annie It was such a clean and peaceful place to come back to over looking the river Thanks for the lovely stay

Ok chain hotel in good location
Hotel was a pretty standard chain hotel, but in a good location on the south bank. Found the room itself very noisy with an annouimg fridge & aircon, so unfortunately didn't sleep too well.
