Nice location, but need love.

The location was amazing, walkable for downtown. The space in the apartment was very nice. The property needs renovations…. Carpets were stained… Some of the kitchen tools and pans were dirty. Wifi was very poor!!

I would strongly recommend staying here if you ever feel like a change from living in motels or hotels. It's always nice to have a kitchen and washing facilities of your own and you get what you pay for.

Not far walk from Roma station. Its a steep walk up and down the street. Not convenient if you have lots of luggages. Close to bus stops so can take the Spring Hill Loop free bus to Queen St mall. Overall property was clean. Not enough kitchen bench space for cooking. Staff were friendly and let us check in early and let us keep our luggage in the office after check out.

Check in was great. The room was good value and had everything we wanted. Only thing was when out on the front balcony there was alot of nail clippings! We stood on. The water pressure was non existent in all the taps and the wifi signal was weak and the tv wasnt connecting to it. Overall we were happy with our stay but just a few things to figure out.

Lovely apartment but is getting tired. Room not prepared properly. Sofa bed was not made up on arrival and despite having paid for additional person at time of booking, reception tried to charge more. Sofa bed was filthy with leaves under mattress, was full of hairs and stained. Fortunately two sets of sheets eventually provided and us cleaning it, made it bearable. Cutlery drawers filthy - had to wash it and cutlery before use. Handles and hinges of cupboards damaged. Insufficient crockery and cooking pans (no lids) and nothing suitable for using microwave. However it was spacious. Set out in lovely grounds with great pool and bbq. Parking was covered and v secure. Great location. CBD easily reached on foot within 15 minutes walk. If room had been clean and prepared properly, it would have a 5 Star rating. Shame that it was let down by above. Would stay again.

Room could have been a lot cleaner. The rim underneath the toilet seat was not clean. There was mould under the lid of the kitchen bin. The cushions on the lounge were old and had signs of mould on them. The lounge was very old and worn. For a Premium Apartment it was extremely disappointing. Communication from property wasn't great. Parking and location was good.

Location to hospital was good which was our primary consideration. However, the unit we stayed in was old and needed a good clean, especially the bathroom which had mold in and around the shower. Not very good value for money in my opinion.
