With 1 King bed, 1 Queen bed, 1 Double and 1 single bed, this lovely home comfortably sleeps up to 7 guests. The open plan lounge opens on to the back deck with ocean views, lovely sea breezes in summer and a wood heater for cosy comfort in winter. The well appointed modern kitchen offers a microwave, wall oven and two family size fridges.

Situated between the shop and the boat ramp, this home is in the centre of Amity Point, placing it in easy walking distance of the Amity Point Community Club, swimming enclosure, boat ramp, public jetty and Amity General Store. Relax, have a barbie and enjoy a drink on the huge covered rear, while you lose yourself across the Moreton Bay horizon.

The property offers Wifi so you can stay connected during your stay. Why not try your luck at fishing from the bayside rock wall only 30m from 'Tree Tops' driveway. Unfortunately this property does not have a jetty and is not fenced, so is NOT pet friendly.

Fresh linen is supplied inclusive of Quilts, sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, hand towels and tea towels. The beds inside the property will be made for you on arrival, all you need to bring are the beach towels!

A ruined holiday

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very unhappy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Picture on and Straddie Sales & Rentals Facebook page showed an expansive lawn area leading down to water. Planned to sit in our chairs and fish. Arrived, lawn gone, a big new house on lawn area in front of water views, our dream of land based flshing was going. False advertising! We should have been notified, could have stayed in a different house that suited our needs. Was no longer worth what we paid for our 5 nights. What a rip off.
