The location is great and quite, staff friendly. However stains on the donner cover and hair on the bedside table and pubs on the bathroom floor, wasn't pleasant.

I was the last to arrive and able to check in around 6.30pm after my plane was delayed and insane cross town traffic. Unfortunately that meant I also got the room at the back which was also attached yo the office area and owners section. The carpet is disgusting and desperately needs replacing. The bedspread was dirty and it being the middle of winter meant I had to use it. That said the bed was comfortable and the heater worked well. If you need to stay in Redland Bay expect a 2 star accommodation for 4 star pricing.

The property was good value for money. Close to the ferry wharf for transport to Russell Island. Friendly local staff and close to the Redland Bay Hotel for excellent dining.

We have stayed there a few times now, consistent and comfortable. However, this time we did find the shower water was not hot enough - it didn't get up above tepid which was disappointing.

Good, clean standard motel in the suburbs. Would happily stay here again. Walking distance to Redland Bay Marina. Easy parking and lovely owner/manager

We were expecting to arrive late. The proprietor made good arrangement and provided very clear instructions as to how to access our room. Also, the nearest pub for dinner.

Hi Saman disapointed you you rated us 3 out of 5, What you should have said is, ( I arrived at 11-30 in the morning to check in to the motel without requesting an early check in, the Manager was wonderful allowing me to check in immediately prior to 1400 and didn't charge me the 75 for early check in. I also checked out at 11-30 the next day, again without notifying the motel prior, and once again the I wasn't charged the 75 fee for a late check out. The room smells, why not tell us instead of social media.

I guess the only fault I could say was that the room that was given to us, was that there is no sink to be able to either wash dishes or fill the kettle... otherwise really great!

The property is very convenient to the shops and businesses in the area as well as walking distance to the Esplanade and parks. The property was quiet. Staff were helpful. Daily housekeeping services available.

Friendly staff, clean, no fuss room with kettle, little fridge and microwave. Good bed. Nice that cars were not parked right in front of our room. Other rooms had that option, but as we were on pushbikes, we enjoyed the peaceful green surroundings at the back of the building without any car noise. Quiet neighbourhood, in walking distance to the water front with nice walks/ start of Moreton Bay Cycle Way, dining options, nice cafe and shopping centre. The common BBQ did not seem to be used at all.

Such a cute little motel. Extremely clean and comfortable. Easy to check in and out. We even saw a little blue tongue lizard outside our front door. Perfect little stay for our festival at Sirromet Winery!

although it was full it wasnt noisy able to get in at 12.30 to get ready for a 3pm wedding. we were able to go to redland bay bakery at 6am for breaky although rooms are small and bathrooms old they were clean and adequate for two older citizens we would stay again
