New 4Bed House master with ensuite and A/C

  • Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. Brand new 4 Bedroom house with 2 toilets (master bedroom with ensuite)all bedrooms have built in robes. centrally located between Brisbane and Gold coast. New built up area with all the amenities nearby. Shopping in walkable distance. Short drive to big shopping centre with Kmart, Big W, Coles, Aldi, restaurants, movies and many more.
    3 bedrooms with queen size beds and 1 with double bed.Refer the photos for more details .

    Elder Pde has one dead end due to construction. Please access through Neumann drive
    No events or parties allowed , Smoking allowed only outside of house
    Respect our elderly neighbours by reducing noise.(No noise after 9pm in weekdays or weekends )

    Please try to place the used dishes in the dishwasher and start program using the provided detergent tablets.

    Please keep both rubbish bins outside on Tuesday collection on Wednesday
