Joseph, I'm really disappointed to see your review. You had been very happy with your stay and very appreciative of everything in your communications with us whilst you were there. Yes we did charge you to recover the cost of the cut doona cover and missing sheet. I understand things happen I just needed to be able to replace these items ready for you next guests. I wish you well with everything.

We had a most lovely stay at this beautiful home. The owner was extremely helpful and always respond to our queries. We will stay at any of the property hosted by this owner as we found her to be very professional.
