Really great hotel. We came to watch a gig at the pub so was perfect. The room was very comfortable nice bed, clean and tidy. The only negative thing I noticed was the occasional banging door which seemed to shake the room. Staff are really friendly, very accommodating and professional.

Nice hotel. Quiet, clean, spacious room. Beside restaurants, cafes and short walk to more. Halls are quite dark, could be doing with turning lights up. Pool heater broken. Good hotel gym. Friendly staff

Very convenient place to stay. A nice quiet part of Brisbane. Easy to get there in a car. Great service. Purpose of Stay was to see a concert in the ball room of the Eaton hill hotel across the road. This worked out very well. I’m not sure what ‘late’ is in Queensland but the bar closed very early. Rooms were nice and cool as we could actually adjust the air conditioning to suit our taste. 5 stars for that. Downside was a bit more attention could be paid to the cleaning. Floors and bathroom were clean but there were some splashes/ stains on the doona and ensemble. Other than that I would return to stay.

Bright airy room with good views across their recreational field. The bed was extremely comfortable with a good choice of pillows on the bed to choose from. I used room service and thought I had to wait longer than expected the member of staff was friendly and courteous. The bathroom was pristine and the toiletries good

The property was very clean and well maintained. Room was very spacious and comfortable. Staff were very friendly. The darkness of the main hallway was a bit daunting. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend

Every staff member was super helpful and lovely to speak with. Art and decor is absolutely beautiful and the food on site was AMAZING. Only downfall was the anircon and lights turn off automatically every hr or so, was frustrating getting up multiple times through the night to turn it back on as it was very muggy. Also the fridge doesn’t keep your drinks cold, but we asked for ice and the staff were very obliging!

Staff were absolutely lovely and so helpful. The hotel was very clean and a really nice place to stay. Everything is very close for everything you need during your stay. I highly recommend staying here

Stayed at Eatons Hill Hotel for an event in the ballroom. Can’t fault the location, service and value for money. Having a supermarket, cafes and huge bottleshop within a minute’s walk was fantastic. Will stay again

Enjoyed my stay here. I booked for 2 nights, then came back for a 3rd night when I was unexpectedly delayed in the area. Easy to find, secure parking and convenience to Woolworths & cafe options.

Very good staff. Missing a folder containing info, how to use the TV, green room/pool/shops location and so on. Some signs eg green room and pool. The fridge did not work. The kettle was filthy and unusable. The AC controls were trial and error, no info available on how to use. All in all I would not recommend or stay again.

5 Star service and accommodation in good location
Really 5 star from the arrival at Front Desk and Lobby to the room (117). Comfortable bed and large room and bathroom. Quality toiletries and fittings. All staff very friendly and professional. Good coffee in the Lobby Bar and very nice room service meals. Free covered secure car parking. Nice pool and clean modern gym. Very quiet despite having a lot of venues running.

Our second time at the hotel, it's so convenient when you are going to a show at the Eatons Hill hotel, just a short walk across the road. No charge for parking and the $18 continental breakfast was fresh and lovely area!
