Lovely quaint and quiet little hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. The location is close to everything in the CBD and the train as long as you can manage walking up a bit of a hill at the end of the day.

A hidden gem.
Clean, warm and comfortable. Very welcoming. Close to city centre. I will return to Annie's in the future.

Pleasant welcoming staff. Room basic, just bath towels, shower good, breakfast OK just cereal, cornflakes and weetbix and toast and spreads. Tea and coffee. No TV just watch TV in sitting room, tea and coffee all day, help yourself. If you want something basic but better than a backpackers this is OK, near Central station and shops, bit of an uphill walk from the station if you got luggage, but I'm 72!

A gem, quaint traditional guest house.
Clean tidy close to central station. Shared facilities include lockable shower and toilet all to yourself, it's almost like an ensuite or ask for a room with ensuite.

Nice clean comfortable, friendly & helpful
I was meet by a nice friendly helpful lady. The room very clean, tidy as was shared Bathroom and bed comfortable with light breakfast. Very convenient to the train and business or shopping all in short walks and places to buy meals, O Bar around the corner good specials and meal

Great location with great staff for a great price
This is my third stay and I have enjoyed it each time! Convenient location with some old world charm to the architecture! I enjoyed the community breakfast area so I did not have to eat alone and they had gluten free bread and weat bix! Will stop there again next time I am in town!

Convenient budget accommodation near CBD/transport
I had a pleasant stay of two nights mid-week. When I travel, I get out and about and spend little time in the hotel. I'd rather spend my money on getting around and seeing/doing things. During my stay at Annie's I could walk everywhere I needed to go, the managers were pleasant and helpful, the shared bathroom was clean every time I used it and I didn't have to wait long if at all for access, the included breakfast was all I needed and the room was perfectly comfortable for a short stay. There was a little traffic noise, but less than I expected given the location and I had no trouble sleeping. I wanted a basic, clean, conveniently located place to sleep that is priced accordingly, and that's what I got. For a solo traveller or a couple travelling light and wanting to see the town, rather than say relax with a cocktail by the hotel pool, it's a good place to stay. The photos I saw on the web are accurate and you can view the location on Google Maps - what you see is what you get. I'd be happy to stay there again.

The host is lovely! Super friendly
Great location to begin with, and the place feels almost like home. the hosts are really friendly, loved my stay there! Breaky is not the best, but I didn't cared too much

Love staying here every time we visit Brisbane! One of Brisbane's oldest hotels which has kept all of it's charm! Very friendly staff who also provide a simple breakfast! Couldn't BE more central - so don't tell everyone or we might not be able to get in!!!

Close to city and hospitals
Nice clean room with a fantastic shower close to shops and walk to the city. Great for position near hospitals. Don't get too excited about brekky but free toast and cereal is good. Recommended if your on a budget and just want a bed for the night.

Met with a lovely welcome! Such friendly and helpful staff. The room was small and dated, but fine if you're only on a short trip and looking for a convenient place to crash. The bed springs have seen better days, but the shower head was a proper one and that made up for having to share the bathroom. Have to say I didn't have to wait once for a shower. Other nice touches: free internet, breakfast included, late check-in.

Little Gem in Brisbane
This place is truly a gem in the middle of Brisbane! Rooms were clean, beds were comfy, and shower was good. The location was perfect for a short stay in the city. Check-in early to secure your free parking spot at the rear because they run out.

Great little B&B
Sometimes it's nice to stay in a cutesy place, especially when you are in the city. It feels more homey and yet is close to the city centre. I stayed for 2 nights and everyone there was lovely.

Nice clean rooms with shared bathrooms. Complimentary tea and coffee, breakfast. Great location around the corner from Central station, friendly staff. The rooms were quiet and the water pressure in the shower was good. Ticks all the right boxes if you are looking for somewhere inexpensive and nice to stay in the inner city. The kind of place where you are comfortable from the start of your stay.

We stayed at Annie's four nights and loved it! It was just blocks from CBD Brisbane and so central to everything. Staff were so welcoming and helpful with assistance. Everything was great!

Collin and Toni were fabulous hosts. Very thoughtful and friendly. We felt right at home in this convenient hotel just a short walk from Central Station. We will definitely stay here the next time we are in Brissie.

My husband and I stayed at Annies on Origin 2 night. The staff were very helpful especially providing instructions on how to find the parking area (would be good if the address details for parking were included in the booking advert) however once we found it a lady was waiting there to direct us into the spot! Room was neat and tidy and I was thrilled to have a room with an ensuite (wasn't sure about having to share a bathroom - so all good). We didn't stay for the breakfast as had to get back to the Gold Coast for work. Highly recommend for an overnight stay!

I was given a very warm welcome and made to feel at home straight away. Room was basic but clean and comfortable. Very convenient for town centre and railway line to airport - about 5 minute walk from Central station. Would certainly stay here again.

everything clean and quiet! only thing i found was the bed had a 'foot' on it, which meant i couldn't stretch out. if you are under 6ft, then no probs.

Very convenient to central Brisbane Mall
Annie's was a cosy unpretentious hotel. It is nestled among multi story buildings of a newer era. The rooms are small but quite adequate and there was no inconvenience sharing a bathroom. It was within a 10 minute walk to the centre of the city and convenient to shops and restaurants.
