"Our stay was overall good. However, we had some issues when arriving as they wouldn't let us in to the hotel before we paid for our visit (our booking was meant to be paid in the reception and they didn't have one) meaning we couldn't access the hotel and even less the room before we paid (which we couldn't). Lots of phone calls later we were let in. From there on the place was nice and the cleaning/service staff super kind. We weren't placed in the room we booked and instead ended up on ground...

"It is a place where you feel at home the owners and staff are very friendly and nice the hotel has huge apartments and two terraces that overlook the zicatela beach and is walkable to a street where restaurants bars are there to.enjoy .
The outdoor area can be better organized and maintained but this hotel was a big highlight for me during my stay in Puerto Escondido I highly recommemd 👍"
