"Is good place "

"This hotel don't have to be in the catalog of Experian....this is on of the worst hotel I ever stayed....is only wifi on the lobby where the reception is....they make you sing to many rules for staying there...we are getting away and we get to the same road... rules rules and more rules,they are on a wrong business is like you staying on a government building....we have to paid $550 for a blanket we drop a Popsicle and they charge us....I wasted my points on a crappy hotel "

"Excellence service of all the staff specially ; Karen, Sergio, Jona and Marco security and gardeners . It’s a very warm area the front desk seems is missing some fresh air and or air conditioning "

"i absolutely love staying here when i come to puerto. staff is super kind and helpful and the facilities are clean and comfortable. the only perk i see is that the wifi is very slow but it mostly works well in the pool area"
