"First night, our room was given to another family after we checked in. Found the family outside of my room & my key inactive. Our first full day, we rented a cabana and the fan sagged so low you couldn’t use it. One of teenagers got a nonalcoholic drink from the bar and found a hair in it, when returned, they made her another drink and charged full price. The bartender said “hair is free, $4 please”. The same day, the fire alarm went off around 6 pm and could not be disabled until 10pm. My family of 6 stayed for 5 nights and we had to ask for new towels, we were told that we wouldn’t get them. Explained that we needed them since there was so many of us staying so many days. Got those exchanged. House keeping never came to our room, no cleaning supplies in the room. The park is outdated and the hours of the water park varied. Our key to the room stopped working multiple times. The only reason why we stayed was the park was decent enough for the kids to play. I was seriously disappointed as a mother."

"It was a good price and location had restaurants and not in the middle of Orlando traffic. Only thing you will miss it. My GPS confused me so much, but I eventually found it. I also had a room that was apparently near one of the outside lights, so it was too much light coming through my blinds but wasn't too bad. It was worth what I paid. Oh yeah, I liked the nice size refrigerator, no stove, but microwave."

"This was truly a fantastic stay! Would 100% stay again. Everything was smooth, the apartment was so clean and provided everything you needed for a comfortable stay. The owner was super friendly. And the pool!!! The pool was INCREDIBLE. Loved every second of the stay"

"A great Air BnB for budget minded people. The ac is set to 70 degrees, 24/7 upstairs and 72 downstairs. There are 2 full refrigerators to use.A giant tv in the living room. There is a nonheated pool and a large community one. Parking for 4 cars. 30 minutes drive to Disney. There is a small bedroom tv, with nightstand and overhead lighting. A small table lamp would be nice. The duvet bed is extremely comfortable."
