The house has everything you need to relax and enjoy your dream vacation! It can accommodate up to 18 people and offers all the comforts your family deserves and goes above and beyond!

This property has a private pool, hot tub, game room, two washer/dryer sets, two large refrigerators, free WIFI, parking and more! This home is only miles from Disney, Universal, and major attractions. Located at the gated BellaVida Resort.

This themed decorated property is truly a home away from home. It’s best suited for big families, a family group, or a big group of friends!

Our home sits on a quiet premium water view lot in the best section of the renowned Bella Vita Resort. It offers stunning water and sunset views. The open floor plan and dining areas easily accommodate family groups for a magical vacation.

This brand-new home features high quality home appliances and new furniture / bedding / kitchen supplies, includes a 75-inch TCL 4KTV in the living room and 55-inch TCL 4KTVs in bedrooms. Fully equipped outer space-themed game room with a pool table and air hockey table under magical LED ceiling lights.

Wonderful stay!

House and amenities were as advertised! Beautiful and clean home. Perfect location on a pond with walking path. Plenty of space for 9 adults to sleep, relax, visit and enjoy the Florida sun! Host was super responsive and friendly!

Family vacay

The house was really nice. There was enough space for everyone to relax and just chill whenever they wanted to but the living/dining area was spacious enough for us to have family game night and movie night. The pool is small but the kids loved it. There are pots, pans and dinnerware for large groups to cook instead of eating out everyday. We stayed 6 days and 5 nights. This trip was about connecting with family and we did just that.

Adult trip to USTA tennis center

We stayed for 2 nights and were gone most of the day. Did enjoy the pool and hot tub. Made dinners in the kitchen and washed clothing. The house had soaps, paper products and shampoo. Overall we were comfortable.

Guys Weekend

My adult son and several friends stayed in Kissimmee for the weekend. They went bass fishing and to Epcot. The house was perfect for them. Great location, the hosts was excellent. Would stay here again.

Beautiful property about 20 minutes from Disney. Felt very safe. Beds were comfy with lots of room for everyone. Sharron was great and went out of her way to make our stay wonderful.

PERFECT HOUSE!!

This was anual trip that I make with nieces and nephews to attend food and wine at Epcot. It was the perfect house for us. With the large kitchen area for dinner, dinning area for game night and huge family room it was perfect for our group of 14 adults. It was also a perfect location near Epcot

Great house

Beautiful, bedrooms are just as advertised. Pool was great, wish the hot tub was hotter and while the kitchen had most of the basics, it was missing some serving utensils, baking pans and lttle things like ice cream scoop. Really great though.

Perfect Spot

It lived up to what was on line. The house was clean the host was spot on Sharon communicated from the beginning even when I was late seeing the emails she was patient with me. I will definitely stay again and would recommend anyone to stay.

The property exceeded my expectations and the Host was Amazingly accommodating. The Children had an outstanding pre Christmas celebration and will return again soon! Although the pool was malfunctioning, the hot tub sufficed.

Golf trip with Ladies

The house was large and spacious with a large social gathering place with the open floor plan. There were 2 refrigerators with modern appliances and accoutrements. The hosts were really responsive and helpful which we all appreciated. The house is close to Disney and close to restaurants and other amenities/ activities. Thank you for hosting us. Excellent Trip

We had an excellent visit. Our host was VERY responsive. Whether it was questions ahead of time, or check in or questions when we arrived, she responded right away. I really appreciated her helpfulness. The house was perfect for our group and the themed rooms were great for the kids. The pool and hot tub were really great. We had 14 family members and it easily accommodated all of our needs.

Spacious, clean and excellent location

beautiful place with plenty of space for my family of 14. It was well stocked with plenty of dishes, glasses, cookware etc. which made it easy for our large group to dine in. The location was close enough to all the park attractions yet offered convenient shopping and dining close by. Sharon was an outstanding host that responded immediately whenever I had an issue. Would highly recommend !

Big and Beautiful

Lots of bedrooms for folks to spread out. Clean house in good shape. Direct access to walking path around water in the backyard. Definitely recommended.

Disney Themed home

The property was great! 11 of us stayed and there was plenty of room for everyone. The pool and hot tub were also a hit with the family. The location was also nice, close to lots of stores and restaurants. The drive to Disney was easy from the house. The only recommendation I would have is for a few more pieces of cookware for guests. The host was prompt replying to any questions we had. This place is great and we would definitely stay again!
