The hotel itself is stunning — beautifully maintained grounds, breathtaking ocean views, and a peaceful tropical atmosphere that perfectly captures the magic of the island. Our room was spacious, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. Waking up each morning to the sound of the ocean and stepping out onto the balcony to see the turquoise water was truly a dream. The attention to detail in the room and throughout the property made our stay feel luxurious yet relaxed. The staff went above and beyond especially Chuck every single day. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and eager to help with anything we needed — whether it was recommendations for local spots, arranging transportation, or simply making sure we were enjoying our stay. Their kindness made the experience even more special. The amenities were fantastic as well. The pool area was gorgeous and perfect for unwinding, and the beach access made it easy to enjoy the crystal-clear water whenever we wanted. "The ocean view room as clearly advertised when booking wasn’t provided to us upon arrival, and the management was quite unprofessional and slow in handling the matter, they eventually moved us to an ocean view room (also our room didn’t have proper hot water - becomes cold after a min of running- and pool deck wasn’t sanded/treated and each of us got numerous splinters from it), but the way they handled it took away from the experience, as well as them charging us for the services that were never provided which we had to open a dispute for. The majority of the staff seem to be knowledgeable and willing to help, but the management is absolutely horrific and unprofessional. Not only they do not understand even basic hospitality, but they engage into fraudulent practices charging you for services that were never rendered. Bad business. Not worth the money and all the headaches. "
