"Close proximity to a great restaurant. Massage chairs were a nice feature but ours didn’t work. Floor was not exactly clean and the soap dispenser was broken. The continental breakfast was just danish and coffee with a few little refrigerator items. Other than that, it wasn’t bad. It was modern and made a good first impression."

"The house served as a great base for our multi-generation family celebration. The location is great (about a 10-minute drive from Old Sturbridge Village). It has plenty of room and is well-equipped, including bins of toys for the kids. Kimberly replied promptly to the couple of questions that we asked her."

"We love the Publick House; we've stayed there approximately two dozen times on our way to/from Maine. While this was still a good visit, we asked to change rooms because the toilet ran continuously, and the bathroom fan was so loud that it could be heard outside our room door. We were able to change rooms, but wondered if the two issues in our first room would be fixed before assignig it to another guest."

"It was good, it is a tiny home not just a small house. Also there was no tv at all. Granted there were a lot of games for us to play but wind down time we like to lay down and watch a movie to fall asleep. I’m one that can’t sleep without a tv on. We made due with what we had. We did encounter a few bugs but being cold out they are looking for a warm place as well. Also we felt as if we couldn’t be ourselves as the rules were pretty stiff but I understand your house your rules."
