Property description (EN)

Maison Sumiane is a character bastide dating from the early 19th century, located in the historic center of Brignoles, in Provence Verte.
Its name refers to the natural spring above which the house was built.

The property enjoys a central and walkable location: restaurants, cafés, cinema and the local market can all be reached on foot. It is also an ideal base for exploring Provence throughout the year.

The house is rented as a whole, on weekends and by the week during school holiday periods.

The property

Maison Sumiane is composed of two independent buildings arranged around a 1,250 m² enclosed garden, with a swimming pool and a pétanque court.

The main house

Approx. 550 m² over three levels, it includes:

Extraordinaire du début à la fin.

Ce lieu est une pure merveille, nous avions privatisés l'ensemble de lieu et nous avons pu en constater combien cette maison est incroyable. Les propriétaires sont adorables, extrêmement serviable et près à vous aider. Chaque pièce est divinement réalisée, spacieuses et avec goût. Nous y reviendrons c'est certain. Un bijou à découvrir.
