I wish I got her name -- she's super friendly, so helpful, her smile never -- I felt like I was in her kitchen at home. Front desk staff are nice, the room is clean and well-maintained, the hotel overall is great. The only negative feedback I have is that the detergent used caused an allergic reaction on my face and neck (so it's probably the pillowcases). My face immediately became itchy and red the first night. I got Benadryl, so that helped. Otherwise, our experience was great."
