Step inside and you will find a warm, inviting space filled with natural light, polished timber floors, and comfortable furniture.
The wood fire is a standout in the cooler months adding that extra touch of cosiness.
The main living area is made for relaxing with a large comfy sofa and Smart TV.
The generous kitchen comes fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, large oven, dishwasher, and microwave, ideal for preparing meals to enjoy around the eight-seater dining table.

If you are after a quieter spot, there is a lovely second lounge that catches the morning sun and looks out over the garden—perfect for a peaceful coffee or a good book.

There are three beautifully appointed bedrooms, ensuring a restful night's sleep for everyone. The original bathroom has its retro charm while offering both a bath and a shower.

All bedding, linen and bath towels are provided. BYO river/pool towels.

Pricing for this property is based on a 4-person base rate. Additional guest sur-charge per person per night applies.

Wi-Fi: Whilst we do anticipate Wi-Fi will be available during your stay, it is not guaranteed. Wi-Fi availability is dependent on the network provider.

Cleaning Policy

For any cleaning issues, we ask that you report any concern with 24hrs of arrival to the office.
Our office hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
For weekends, please report any issues to our afterhours mobilewith 24hrs of arrival.
We will require photo evidence to support any claim.
