“The hotel wasn’t as good as I expected, but there was a guy at the reception named Alberto who was extremely helpful and did everything he could to make sure we were comfortable. Without him, our stay would have been really bad.”

The hotel is located close to Zurich Hauptbahnhof just a few minutes away by foot. The staff is very friendly & helpful. However the room is really tiny tiny and you cannot even open a big suitcase completely.
