"The property is lovely, with views across the Sea and the Bridlington. The room we were in at the top was really cozy. It's situated right in the middle virtually next to the leisure centre.You will require your own towels. You may also need some 1 coins for the electric meter. Staying 2 nights we put 1 in to be safe and it never ran out. Don't forget to pre send your registration for the free parking.There is an arcade nearby for change.If you want loads of TV entertainment there are lots of DVds. You could take a fire stick if you wanted your own shows.All in all great value for money, a really well situated base."

"The shower has a large step to enter, though a stool was provided, with no grab handles we found this stepping out of the shower to be quite dangerous! (Slippy).There are a lot of stairs to climb before reaching your room. Thankfully they are not steep stairs, but still tiring with our luggage.Would have appreciated having the windowsills cleaned and the bedroom dusted of cobwebs/dust web around the bedside lamp and wardrobe area. Also inside the wardrobe needed cleaning. A quick vac or wet cloth would manage the gritty dust. We chose not to place our clothes into the bottom of the wardrobe for that reason.But the above all said, it's a nice bed sit/studio flat/ apartment."

"Lovely, quiet location with a nice outlook from the well kept setting. No issues parking outside and we massively appreciated the hosts helping with permits. It was great to stay in accommodation that owners clearly take so much care and pride in. A few minutes walk from the beach and another 10 (with pooch in tow stopping to sniff at everything), to the dog friendly beach. Land train stops at the end of the road. Good size twin room with soft but comfortable beds. Bath in the ensuite with handheld telephone shower head. It's always a plus to find dog friendly accomodation where it's not frowned upon for them to join you for breakfast. When guests respect the accomodation and support the hosts asks, the stay is peaceful overnight and you feel safe as the property is locked and secure at all times."
