Gull Newk Cottage is a lovely, well equipped cottage that has been furnished and decorated to a high standard and has everything to suit couples or families looking to explore this beautiful coastline. Flamborough with its beautiful beaches, ample shops and pubs serving good home cooked food is only a short walk away from the cottage. It is an ideal base for walking and cycling and enjoying the stunning scenery and bird life on this splendid coastline, with the well known RSPB cliff top sanctuary at Bempton just a couple of miles away and well worth a visit.

  • This is one of my favourite places in the world, nostalgia of childhood holidays, this little gem is tucked away on the East Yorkshire coast. When the tide is out you can explore the caves - some of which take you right through, just be careful the tide can come in fast! You can also take boat trips to Bempton Cliffs to see the puffins. Parking is about 50p an hour, there's a pub, cafe and icecream parlour in the old lifeboat station. There's also clifftop walks and spectacular views. #Waterlust #WeekendGetaway #YorkshireDay

This beach has great facilities for toilets, sowers and snacks and of course you can hire a traditional stripy deck chair and the usually essential windbreak! #YorkshireDay
