Kitchen/dining room: Freeview TV, Electric Oven, Electric Hob, Electric Aga, Fridge/Freezer, Dishwasher

Separate Toilet.

First Floor:

Bedroom 1: Four Poster Kingsize (5ft) Bed Ensuite: Walk-In Shower, Toilet

Bedroom 2: Kingsize (5ft) Bed, Single (3ft) Bed Ensuite: Bath, Toilet. Oil central heating (underfloor on ground floor), electricity, bed linen and towels included.  Travel cot and high chair available on request.. Enclosed front garden with patio, garden furniture and BBQ. Hot tub (private). 1 well behaved pet welcome. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: This property has a security deposit of £100.. Situated within the grounds of a working farm and carpentry business in the picturesque hamlet of Grindale, Spring Farm Barn offers a relaxing retreat with its rustic characteristics of exposed beams and chalk wall, open view, log burning free standing fire and fully equipped farmhouse kitchen. Both bedrooms are spacious and offer en suite facilities. Also the luxury of an enclosed garden with hot tub to use privately during the day or under the stars at night!



Please note that the hot tub is emptied every Saturday and may not be up to temperature on your arrival.

There is a £100 security deposit payable by BACS, 1 week prior to your holiday. Please phone the owner for her bank details to arrange.

We had a wonderful stay to celebrate our anniversary.The pictures really don't do it justice, it's a lovely place.We don't usually go back to the same place as we like to see different places but we will 100% be back to stay here, we didn't want to leave.
