"Property is very simple. Everything is somewhat dated and run down but functional and clean. We got 10" of snow one day of our trip which closed down the community center and pool for the day which was a bummer but not a surprise. Make sure you have working 4wd for the driveway"

"We stayed 2 nights at this lovely little house. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals. Plenty of room for us to spread out and relax. Very close to fun stuff Laconia. The hot tub room was perfect since we had some rain, we were still able to enjoy the hot tub."

"Wonderful place to get-way. Very peaceful neighborhood. Access to both private beach and public beach on Hermit Lake. Property is in a private wooded area across the street from Hermit Lake with a short walk access. Did not realize when I rented the place has two living units, where a care-taker (owner's father) lives in the basement unit. Very friendly person and helped source logs for the outside firepit. Grateful for the flashlights that were provided when a thunderstorm came by and took...

"Stayed with a group of friends intending to climb at Rumney but unfortunately the weather had other plans. Luckily the house had plenty of space to accommodate lots of relaxing fun and family activities. Beautiful neighborhood for some safe and beautiful walks with the pups. Looking forward to staying in the area again in the summer to check out nearby Franconia and finally get to climb Rumney. Bryan was very reliable and easy to communicate with. "
