In a residence located at the foot of the gondola of Prorel in Brainçon, coquet T3 of 48 m², located on the second floor, facing south, very bright. Large entrance with storage, a bedroom with a double bed (160x200) and a trundle bed (2x90x190), a bathroom with bathtub, separate toilet, a living room with equipped kitchenette, access to south facing balcony with view on the slopes, a bedroom with double bed (160x200).

Access on foot to the ski lifts located in front of the building. Access to the shops of the city center also on foot.
