The staff were polite, friendly, and helpful, and the breakfast was excellent. A great...

Frequently asked questions

When is the best time to go to Brezovicë?
The best time to visit Brezovicë depends entirely on your preferred activities, with distinct seasons offering great experiences.

For snow sports enthusiasts, the prime time to visit is during the winter months, typically from December to March. During this period, the Brezovica Ski Resort is fully operational, offering a good range of slopes for skiing and snowboarding. The resort is situated high in the Šar Mountains, ensuring reliable snowfall and picturesque, snow-covered landscapes. January and February usually see the best snow conditions.

Couples looking for a romantic getaway will find the winter months particularly appealing, with cosy evenings by a fireplace and stunning snowy vistas. Families with older children who enjoy skiing or snowboarding will also appreciate the resort's facilities during this time, providing a focused and enjoyable winter holiday experience.

Alternatively, for those who prefer hiking and exploring the natural beauty of the Šar Mountains, the late spring, summer, and early autumn months – from May to October – are ideal. The snow has melted, revealing lush green pastures, wildflowers, and accessible hiking trails. The weather is generally pleasant for outdoor activities, offering cooler temperatures at higher altitudes compared to the lowlands.

Travellers seeking a tranquil escape into nature will find these months superb for exploring the mountain trails and enjoying the fresh air.
