"We had a wonderful week. Maria and her husband are fantastic hosts. Throughout the week they checked everything was alright and asked if we needed anything. The breakfasts that Maria delivered every day were fabulous, plentiful and freshly prepared. We had freshly prepared tarts, fruit, homemade jams etc. The house is perfect for two, set in beautiful gardens, with the use of a small swimming pool.We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again if we visited the same area in the future. "We stayed for just one night and were blown away by how stunning the chateau and its views. The staff were all very welcoming, friendly and attentive without being fussy.
We stayed in the Napoleon suite which had incredible views of the Loire from the balcony. The room itself was huge with beautiful period furniture and features. The bed was super comfortable, the bathroom was very clean with double sinks and shower and all necessities supplied were good quality.
We enjoyed great food and wine in the restaurant with a 3 course meal plus some additional delicacies.
We definitely felt like we’d had a chateau experience and would recommend as a beautiful place to stay
