    Enjoy a relaxing Cape Cod getaway in this spacious 3-bedroom home with pond access, large backyard, and deck with grill. With comfortable sleeping arrangements, a fully equipped kitchen, and easy access to swimming and kayaking at Walker’s Pond, this home is perfect for families and small groups looking to enjoy the Cape.

    The home features central heat throughout and window A/C units in the living area and each bedroom to keep everyone comfortable during the summer months.

    The bright living room features cathedral ceilings and a 39" TV, creating a comfortable space to relax after a day at the beach or on the water.

    The dining area seats six guests, with extra chairs available to expand seating up to eight, and provides direct access to the back deck for easy indoor-outdoor living.

    The fully equipped kitchen with island includes cookware, dishes, and essentials for preparing everything from quick breakfasts to family dinners.

Charming, well-maintained home and property, centrally located to restaurants, shopping, ponds, and both coasts. Every amenity was thought of and provided. Window AC units worked well. Beds were extremely comfortable. Plenty of parking, too. Although we didn’t use it, the fire pit out back was well-built and surrounded by plenty of chairs. Logs were already in place and ready to light! Also, plenty of pods for the Keurig coffee maker, plus all utensils, microwave, dishwasher, and toaster oven. A full size ironing board and iron is provided. There is a large washer and dryer. We didn’t use them, but they appeared to be modern and clean and they are easily accessible on the first floor. Living room furniture is comfy, and there is a nice dining table and chairs, plus two stools at the large kitchen island. Really enjoyed our stay and we look forward to returning again soon, knowing everything will be perfect!
