"We loved being able to walk to cafes, restaurants and the bookstore and the proximity of the bike path meant that we didn't need our car much at all. We rode bikes to lunch spots, the beach, and to the pickleball courts. The house was tidy and had everything we needed."

"We had a truly wonderful stay with Brian and Charlie who were such friendly and helpful hosts and provided many thoughtful touches. The Old Manse itself made for an authentic Cape Cod experience with its historic vibe, and we enjoyed our spacious en suite room. Special shoutout to the housekeeping/breakfast servers who took such good care of us each morning and were so friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfasts and baked treats each day, all homemade by Brian himself. A memorable visit."

"Great location! Easy access to the rail trail for biking, quick ride to the beach right down the street. Everything was conveniently located in close proximity to the house. Home is nice and spacious for a larger group. The back deck is great for lounging outside. Beautiful, newer kitchen was well used. Homeowner is a thorough communicator. Thank you, Jim, we had a wonderful stay!"

"Very cute and inviting, but there is a few things I would change. Both showers were not very good pressure wise & temperature wise. The fees for the stay was more than the room for it not to even include pool passes. For the price there should be some inclusion. The beds & pillows were uncomfortable. It was a nice place overall but if you plan on raising prices for the summer I advise you make it worth it."
