  • This newly renovated home has 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths,and is located in a nice quiet neighborhood. This home is centrally located and convenient to the Chatham's vast selection of shops, dining, and recreational opportunities. With over 2,200 sq. ft of living space set on a private level lot of almost a half-acre, the home provides plenty of space for friends and family. A warm and inviting first floor includes an open concept kitchen with dining area, pantry, sunroom, large living room with built-ins, first floor master suite, and half bath. The second floor has 2 substantially sized bedrooms, a family room and a new full bath. This home comfortably sleeps 8 and has a pull out couch on the upstairs family room. There is a large deck that is great for entertaining!

Great location and great for families

Great location in Chatham within a few minutes drive to downtown and beaches. Hosts were excellent to deal with, the property was clean and accomodating for all age ranges.

Great place for a weekend getaway!

We stayed here while in town for a wedding. The house was the perfect "home base" for our group! It provided ample space for all 10 of us, had every amenity we needed, and was well taken care of. We loved eating dinner on the back porch and relaxing in the sunroom between wedding events. The location is convenient to downtown Chatham, a local grocery store, and a beach with very cool tidepools to explore. Thanks for a great stay!

Cape Cod stay

It was our first trip to Cape Cod. There were 8 of us and this home was perfect. It is in a nice quiet neighborhood and a very short drive to beaches, restaurants, and attractions. The home is lovely and there was plenty of space for seven adults and one child. I would highly recommend this home if you are planning to stay in Chatham.

Cape Cod Gem

The location made everything around town that we wanted to do easily accessibly. The house is great for multiple couples, families, and groups of friends. The host was easy to communicate with and answered all of our questions. We had a fantastic stay. I would definitely choose this house again. It needs a little updating, but other than that, it made for a great stay.

Already planning our next trip!

I’m not exaggerating when I say this was one of the best trips of my life! The house was amazing, very clean and spacious. The sunroom and back deck areas were great for morning coffee and hanging out with friends. The house is located in a cute and quaint neighborhood, just a short drive to the beach and main part of town! This was my first time visiting the cape and it exceeded all expectations!

Wonderful Home

The location and description attracted us to this property. We were not disappointed. It is in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to beaches and towns throughout the Cape. The home is beautifully decorated and the layout worked perfectly for our family gathering. The sunroom was the favorite gathering place for us. The owners were very prompt in communicating.

Perfect getaway

This is a clean, spacious house that was very comfortable for 2 adults and 2 teens and could easily accommodate 2-4 more people. It’s in an idyllic and friendly neighborhood. Jackknife beach is a pretty cove but we preferred short and easy drives to Marconi and Nauset beaches. Chatham has a beautiful downtown strip with great shopping, and you have to have a meal at the Squire. Our host Pam was very responsive and kind. You will be very pleased with this house for a peaceful Cape getaway!

Exceeded our expectations ! The house is larger and more spacious than the photos show. We loved staying and look forward to booking again! The host was super helpful and responsive! We also appreciated the simplicity of our visit- we weren’t asked to provide our own linens or towels, ( which we’ve experienced in other VRBOs, and check out did not include a list of chores to perform, just drop trash in the barrel. Beautiful outdoor space as well. You’ll want to return to this place!

Great Stay!

We had a great stay at the residence. The space was accommodating for our family (two adults, two kids age 3 and 6 months). We loved spending time in the sun room and the bonus room upstairs. As parents of an infant, the crib in the main bedroom was a nice touch. As far as constructive feedback, the house could use a sharp knife, the ice machine didn’t seem to be dispensing out of the fridge and the some of the furniture in the sunroom is probably overdue for a deep clean. We thought it was good value for a fun week on the Cape.

Can’t wait to come back!

Pam’s home is an amazing property with everything you may need for a beach getaway. Pam is very communicative and responsive to anything you may need. I left a personal belongings and Pam mailed it home to me. She is a spectacular and kind host. The home was clean and updated. The back deck is amazing and outdoor shower is clean!! I look forward to booking with Pam next summer :)

Property is in a quaint neighborhood. Great backyard & backdeck to sit outside, clean house, easy driveable location to nearby Marina, Beach & Chatham Dwtwn. If you have 10 adults you may want to still pack an air mattress unless folks are Ok to sleep on the couch. Pull out upstairs with 2 bedrooms & 1 bedroom below fit more like 8 people, with two adults to theQ/K sized beds. Parking is 4 cars in the driveway plus street. Easy checkin & flexible. Thank you!

Great house and size. plenty of room for 2 couples and a single. wonderful sunroom and deck. Cons are the king main level closet did not have a rod for hanging suit, gown, etc. No bureau for clothes either. Didn't have face cloths.

Spacious and Peaceful Home

We were in town for a family reunion - 9 adults. The home is well appointed with comfortable beds and furniture. The eat in kitchen is large and has new appliances which aided in our food prep for the party. There is a wonderful sunroom with tv leading to a large deck and private backyard and shower on side yard. The living room and dining room was great space for all of us to be comfortable. The upstairs has an additional living area between the bedrooms which fit our blowup bed perfectly (though the sleeper sofa would have been fine too!) The neighborhood was quiet, safe to walk and easy to get to town and beach. Pam was quick to respond and we would definitely recommend this home and return again!

Chatham getaway with family

We stayed here for my mom's 70th birthday celebration, as Chatham is her favorite place in the world! The house met our needs and it was in a quiet neighborhood. The listing states it sleeps 10 but it's really better suited for 8, as one pullout is in the bright sunroom. My brother, wife, and 2 small kids ended up sleeping together in a king bed. The beds were VERY comfortable though!!! Even the pullout beds upstairs! The listing said it's renovated and some of it is,. but there were definite signs of wear as the kitchen table was very wobbly and some furniture was stained. The backyard and deck are great! Overall, we made great memories there and we would visit again! butbukiwvesttogether!

Roomy, Comfortable, and Welcoming Home!

First, the home is so much more than the pictures show! There is so much room! Everyone in our group was able to find a quiet space during the day when necessary. Beds and bedding were sooo comfie. The kitchen is very well stocked. We enjoyed cooking breakfast each day and eating in the bright, airy dining area. Our hosts were *top notch*. We stayed in winter and it had snowed prior to our stay. Our hosts made sure to clear a path and prep the walk so it would be safe. And, it snowed and rained while we were there. Again, our hosts were there to clear the driveway and walk! Communication With our hosts was excellent. Although the main areas of the house were clean and welcoming, some of the areas in the kitchen were a little dusty (construction dust mayhaps?) and we had to wipe off dishes and pans every now and again.
