Close to Bay on Private Wooded Lot/Family Friendly/Fire Pit
Recently Renovated 3/1 with new kitchen & bath & close to beach
This cozy, recently renovated cottage has a brand-new kitchen, new bathroom, and new flooring and is an excellent location, close to the Bay and just 0.9 miles to Saints Landing Beach. Situated on a 1.4 acre wooded lot, you will have a ton of privacy in a peaceful setting. You’ll love sitting outside by the fire pit in the evenings or just relaxing with a book. And your children will love playing on the large lot.
Our goal is for our guests to be comfortable and relaxed while visiting Cape Cod and staying at our cottage, “Wish Me Luck Cottage.” The new furniture, mattresses, and bedding reflect this. Bedrooms are split plan to offer privacy. The primary bedroom with a queen size bed is on one side and the two additional bedrooms (one Double bed and one with two twins) is on the other side of the house. Towels and linens are provided.
The kitchen comes equipped with most utensils and cookware you’ll need to cook full meals while visiting. The coffee maker brews both Keurig and regular brew coffee. We supply both types of coffee, filters, and a selection of tea. The dining table can seat 4 to 6 people when extended.
Around the corner from the cottage, you’ll find the Lemon Tree Shops with many other great stores and the very popular, Cafe Alfresco. Cafe Alfresco serves a wonderful cup of coffee, breakfast, hot and cold sandwiches for lunch and pastries. No worries if you’re in a rush, there is a Dunkin’ a mile up the road. The Brewster General Store is less than a mile away and a favorite spot for browsing and also serves amazing coffee and muffins.
The house is supplied with:

* Keurig cups, ground coffee & filters, tea

* Coolers
* Variety of outside games and toys.
* Washer and dryer (located in the walk out basement and accessible through an exterior door)
