Welcome to this delightful 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home conveniently located north of 6A in a quiet and family-friendly neighborhood. This beautiful house sits on a well-manicured half-acre lot, just a short walk from two of Brewster's most stunning beaches—Saints Landing Beach and Mant’s Landing Beach.
This charming house is the perfect spot to explore Brewster’s many wonderful beaches, parks, and ponds. The first floor of the house includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room, half bathroom, and master bedroom with a full private bath. The house also has a large deck off of the kitchen/dining area, a patio, outdoor shower, and spacious yard.
The upstairs of the house has two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a queen bed and a deck boasting seasonal water views. The second bedroom is very spacious, with 4 twin beds- the perfect "kids bedroom". The upstairs also has an additional living area with a Smart TV, a full bathroom, and a large deck off of the living area. For added convenience, the upstairs also features a brand-new washer and dryer.
Amenities include WiFi, air conditioning, Smart TVs, coffee maker, gas grill, and linens/towels (including beach towels).
