  • Downtown House. Easy walk to downtown restaurants, cafes and galleries. This cottage is in a A+ location in Brevard and still has a feeling of privacy. House is completely updated and ready for your visit. Lingerlong is close to Downtown Brevard, the city center, parks, art and culture, restaurants and dining, National Forest and State Forest, Hiking, World Class Mountain Biking, Trout Fishing, Cool Stuff!. You’ll love my place because of Location, Coziness, Attention to detail. Great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups. We also have a smaller 2 bedroom Cottage next door, Lingerlong Cottage and larger Main House 5 bedroom home.

Cottage 63 at Lingerlong is adorable,very well appointed, very clean and comfortable. They did an awesome job decorating and the kitchen remodel is stunning. The location is super quiet and convenient and we even spotted the illusive white squirrel in the side yard! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The location is great for downtown, heading to the parkway or other hiking/biking trails. The house is well maintained with upgraded kitchen. All was very nice and quite at night.

Everything about our stay here was so great. The house was so comfortable and spotlessly clean . Mike the owner was very friendly and helpful! We have stayed at several places in Brevard but this place will now be our go to whenever we are in the area . Great fishing ,beer and food.

Quaint, charming cottage.

Enjoyed 2 nights relaxing and enjoying the quiet comfort of this cottage. Clean, nicely decorated and adequately supplied. The grounds are lush and beautifully lined with trees. The bike shop in town replaced a tire on my husband’s bike. Ice cream/candy store in town was amazing. Spent time out on the screened porch reading. Would stay again.
