Country Haven is a lovely 3-bedroom 3-bathroom cabin located on one of the most popular cycling routes in Transylvania County. Situated about 10 minutes from downtown Brevard, Country Haven is loaded with unique touches throughout. This cabin is perfect just for two or a large group!

This home offers three king suites on three separate floors. Features include a gorgeous spiral staircase with copper rails, a beautiful clawfoot tub, antique furniture, as well as high-end Hickory beds with Tempurpedic mattresses. The wrap-around porch boasts an outdoor dining area, rocking chairs, and a gas grill overlooking a shared pond. There is also a twin daybed in the upstairs bedroom and two sets of bunk beds in the basement bedroom. The gas log fireplace in the living room completes the cozy cabin atmosphere. An unattached garage is available for renters to store bikes, kayaks, and any other outdoor gear during their stay.

All three bedrooms feature their own televisions, as well as private bathrooms. There is also a TV in the living room, with all featuring Comporium cable TV. Wifi is available throughout the home. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, cutlery, glassware, pots and pans, as well as basic seasonings and condiments.

Our cabins are professionally cleaned and provided with all linens and towels, a starter supply of soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher and laundry detergent, and propane for the grill.

Lovely stay

We had a great stay. Property was clean and well stocked. Took us around 15 mins to get to restaurants, etc in Brevard and around 30 mins to get to Pisgah trails and falls. Spacious rooms and comfy beds.

Gorgeous property with wonderful view of a pond. Cabin was huge and very cozy. Lots of space and just a short drive up the mountain. Loved it and would stay again!

Perfect New Years getaway!

We had 2 families - 9 people and 2 dogs - and this cabin was perfect! Home is located so close to all of the fun outdoor activities we had planned and well stocked with needed items to cook meals in! We definitely recommend it!

Summer fun vaycay

This trip was my daughter and my friend and her family. All in all we had a lovely stay. As far as home rentals go this one was exceptionally appointed with toiletries, kitchen utensils, cleaning products etc. I would say maybe add some flashlights/flameless lanterns in case the poeer goes out which did happen to us during a summer storm.The kids loved playing on the hill outside and on the bunk beds. Sitting on the patio with a cup of coffee in the morning was lovely.

Clean and cozy cabin, close to camp Illahee

We needed a comfortable place to stay for a few nights between camp pickup and dropoffs, this home was perfect for our family and had enough space to invite grandparents to join us too! We loved the comfortable beds, stocked cleaning supplies, and pantry essentials. The fishing pond was fun too, although we didn’t catch many fish. We would stay here again for sure.

Brevard Mountain Getaway

This property was perfect for multiple couples. We did not have kids with us, but if you did, in addition to the three rooms with king-size beds, at least two of the rooms had extra beds for kids. There was lots of space and the beds were very comfortable! The property was very clean and exactly as described in the listing. We look forward to staying here again.

It was an amazing place, even better then described. The beds were fabulous and sheets and pillows amazing! Total comfort! Town was nice, loved the pottery place! The only thing we didn't get to do was zip line, (raining on Thursday), next time. Would love to know brand of sheets and pillows! Would definitely stay again!!

Great cabin and location

We had our adult kids with their spouses staying with us and having 3 comfortable king beds was a treat. We went kayaking on French Broad River and the take out location was 3 minutes away from the house. 10 minutes to downtown Brevard made everything convenient. Nice view from porches and living area. House had everything we needed. Would definitely stay there again.

Relaxing and Perfect for a Restful Retreat

We stayed here to celebrate my sister’s birthday and a friend of hers joined us. We had so much fun and it was so relaxing. We loved the wrap around porch and enjoying the view off the deck. Everything was perfect and we were even greeted with a snack basket which was very nice. It was close to hiking and we made a day trip to Dupont State Forest to see some waterfalls. It was a great way to spend a long weekend.

Amazing rental

We have been coming to the Brevard area for Thanksgiving week for about 6 years. Hands down this was the best rental ever. Immaculately clean, well equipped, convenient location. Looking Glass Property Mgt was extremely responsive when a small problem developed with a lock. We hope to come back again.

Wonderful Extended Weekend Celebrating a Wedding

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property is beautiful and the layout, with three large bedrooms and three full baths, each on separate floors, was particularly well-suited to our four generations! The location could not have been more convenient to both downtown Brevard and Seven Maples, where our son's wedding was held. And Mandi, the property manager, was especially helpful, with both timely responses to online messages and a more in-depth phone call, as we were evaluating the potential impacts of the recent storm on our travel plans. If you and family or friends are planning to visit Brevard and surrounding areas, this property is one I would highly recommend!
