Pet Friendly Centrally Located Relaxing Bungalow with Deck Spaces + Fireplace!

Centrally located with a rural feel YET within the town of Brevard. Privacy with proximity! Convenient to all things Western North Carolina has to offer.

Great WNC views and the feel of a treehouse.

Ideal for 6 guests but can accommodate up to 8!

Two upstairs bedrooms feature one room with a queen bed and one room with two twins beds. Both featuring large windows with great WNC views. Uncovered patio with table and chairs for 4. Loft area upstairs also has a trundle bed fit to sleep one (1) additional guests. Downstairs bedroom has a queen bed and an attached bathroom with an original clawfoot tub.

Situated a few blocks from the Brevard bike path (yes, you can bike there!) and a 3 minute drive to downtown Brevard, this is a great home to unwind and feel like you are away from it all, while situated in the middle of town.

Pisgah National Forest and Bracken Mountain Preserve are a quick bike ride. Dupont State Forest is a short drive for hiking, mountain biking or playing in the waterfalls. Seconds to downtown Brevard, bike paths, breweries, restaurants. The Asheville airport is under a 30 minute drive and downtown Asheville is 40-45 minutes away.

Great Location

Close to everything. The neighborhood is quiet and clean. The house and furniture was comfortable with plenty of room to move around. So much better than hotels. Love the fact that it’s pet friendly with a fenced area. Would stay here again

Home Away From Home

Great location, so much available within a few minutes drive. My husband, son and I, along with our dogs had a wonderful stay. The fenced in yard is perfect for the pups. My husband and I enjoyed the screened in porch at night. Very clean and comfortable home. Agata was a pleasure to communicate with. We hope to come again soon. Thank you for q wonderful stay!

Sad to leave!

Loved our stay here. House was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. It was just minutes from downtown and very close to Pisgah National Forest and we went to both daily. Screened porch was nice and private, beds and linens were comfortable. We even saw the famous white squirrel in the yard. Can’t wait to come back to Brevard.

A Delightful Week

We loved our stay at this charming and pet friendly house. Everything was clean and organized. The location is central to all kinds of activities; we especially enjoyed exploring DuPont State and Pisgah National Forests. Any questions we had were answered promptly by the host. If the opportunity arises in the future, we would love to come back.

Icy Christmas

This property was exactly what we were looking for. It was in close proximity to all necessities as well as a short drive to some mountain attractions. The fireplace was AMAZING and heated the whole house. The owners are obviously pet lovers since the only thing we needed to bring for our dog was food! There were blankets and beds for the fur babies and they knew our girl would help herself to the couch. The house was stocked with everything we needed to be homebodies for our vacation with a beautiful porch area and view. Thank you for having us and being so accommodating!
