This property is a part of the Connastee Falls Community, about a 20 minute drive from Brevard. The Falls are impressive. You can only see the falls as a guest of the community, so this is a nice feature of this property. The house itself is beautiful. Wrap around porch, quiet, and surrounded by trees. The main reasons for the three star review:1. The host asked for a 183 "registration fee" that supposedly goes to the HOA. This is to be paid after arriving. It's in the fine print of the listing, but we didn't see it. Really, all fees should be including in the listed price.2. Fridge and freezer were full of condiments, butter, and frozen fruit / vegetables. Nothing half eaten, but unusual for a rental house. 3. Towels were pretty thin for a rental house.4. The house has so much random stuff everywhere. Like the owners dumped their extra docorations here or collected them over the years. 5. Not enough toilet paper provided.
