West Meadow Warley Place. This is a view of the West Meadow of Warley Place nature reserve. The reserve is leased and run by Essex Wildlife Trust http://www.essexwt.org.uk/. The daffodils “tossing their heads in sprightly dance” are British 142720. They are smaller and more fragile than the hybrids from the continent.
Exclusive View, Warley Place. This is the view across the West Meadow of Warley Place Nature reserve run by Essex Wildlife Trust. http://www.essexwt.org.uk/ this view is exclusive as the reserve is only open to members and not generally to the public except by special arrangement (see the link). The photo was taken looking west towards central London. Careful examination of the smudges on the horizon and you might recognise 19757 and 3324 they were clearly visible to the “naked eye”. Daffodil Meadow at Warley Place Around the woodland at Warley Place are meadows full of daffodils dating from the early years of the 20th Century when this was the home of the famous gardener and plant collector, Miss Ellen Wilmott.
