"Friendly staff and clean room"

"The reason I got decided for this hotel was because they offer breakfast, but it was a disappointment, because they offer a paper sack with small sunny delight juice, packet of two small blueberries cupcake and a granola bar, and also the shower valve was not working correctly and half of the water was coming out in the bottom, also even though we ask for non smoking every night when we return to room, it always had a smoking smell, like if someone went inside the room an smoke. "

"The hotel was different than the others because they had complementary dinner snacks and drinks were really good and the also the breakfast was amazing. The staff were friendly. I will be staying there again for sure"

"1. Front desk staff- rude and condescending-not helpful. 2. Breakfast was horrible- peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. Would not replenish items for breakfast. Staff would close breakfast off an hour before time was posted 3. Shower pressure was a trickle and hot water took along time to luke warm. 4. Ice machine not working. 5. Only 1 elevator working."

"This was the first time staying at this hotel. I had no issues with the reservation. I arrived gave my name they were able to check me in right away. They let me know about their breakfast once I arrive at the room. It was very nice very clean had no odd smells. The beds were very comfortable. It felt like I was actually sleeping in my own bed. There was no noise. And I slept well throughout the night and the greatest part is the checkout time by noon help me wake up and enjoy my morning without feeling rushed to check out of my room I even left with a good hot cup of coffee"

"In comparison to other Comfort Inn properties we have stayed in over the last 9 months this was a disappointment. It was scruffy, we were unable to adjust or turn off the a/c in the bedroom and the food at breakfast was somewhat limited (the hot water was barely hot). In all, not what we have come to expect from Comfort Inn. "
