We were in Breck to participate in the Breck Epic MTB Stage race. This house was the perfect location for us! We loved the proximity to everything. The house was comfy and well equiped. I think we used the hot tub everyday, the mtn views are spectacular.
We’ve done ski in/out places but this was the first time we were so close to Main street. We loved it! Best view of the mountain, too. Not super spacious but it worked out just fine for 7 people.
We absolutely loved our stay here and will be back for sure! The location, the amenities and the overall feel of the place was perfect! The owners went out of their way to communicate and check in on us. We loved the hot tub and the view both morning and evening. Just wonderful overall!
Property is as promised! We really enjoyed the convenience of Main St only a block away. Views from the back deck and hot tub of the ski slopes was fantastic! We will definitely book again.
This lovely condo was perfect for a family gathering of five adults. The location was ideal, with the Breck shuttle stop mere steps away from the front door and easy access on foot to the town and resort. The bedrooms were comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped, and the entire condo was beautifully decorated and furnished. We especially enjoyed the wood-burning fireplace and the hot tub. Check-in/check-out process was very easy.
The property is in a good location with easy access to Main Street with all its attractions. It is well stocked with essentials and beds are comfortable. The view of the mountains is unobstructed and great! The only critiques I might make would be that it would be nice to have access to regular cable, with the ability to watch the different news and sports channels. The windows on the main level could use cleaning and the back of the units where you park, could use some sprucing up with fresh paint. It could also use sweeping, as well. Despite those few items, though, this unit has a great location and view.
We absolutely loved the location of the property. The shuttle stop was right across the street, easy walking distance to almost everything in town and it had an amazing view of the slopes. It had everything we needed and a comfortable layout. We did wish the beds had thicker blankets for the winter but it definitely stayed warm upstairs. Property owners checked in with us several times and were very accommodating. We would love to rent this condo again in the near future.
We stayed for 3 nights for a mid-week ski trip. We loved the location and mountain views, private hot tub, and easy communication with the property manager. The beds were wildly uncomfortable though - my husband and I tried two of them and my mom confirmed hers was no better. Squeaky, saggy, cheap sheets, saddest pillows ever. Was not the best three nights of sleep unfortunately, which is tough when you're skiing all day at altitude. Everything else was great but this was a big miss for us.

Great communication prior to arival with simple written out instructions for direct unit access. Keyed in, and were instantly set at easy by the open but cozy floor plan, and large private deck looking across to Breckenridge (views from Peak 6->10 and more!)Amenities in the kitchen were well stocked, always appreciate extra products for simple dishwashing (pods) laundry/washer detergents, trashbags, and all the food/kitchen extras youll need.Bedrooms were simple and perfect for the space, no need to spend time inside during the day, so it was nice to see space not wasted on unnecisary space, top floor bedroom has private rooftop-ish deck with views looking east at the morning sun.Bathrooms were nicely updated and very clean.Just one suggestion, update the TVs (24" in the bedroom keeps them feeling dated.)
We have stayed here in the past and loved it. We will be back!

Location of condo is excellent; it is within walking distance to tons of shops and restaurants. Having a private hot tub is the biggest selling point. Views of the mountains from the hot tub were incredible. Would stay again.
