Family Getaway

We took our adult children and their spouses along with my granddaughter for a weekend getaway. Needless to say we had an awesome time! The house allowed each family to have their own sleeping space and bathroom. The two decks were great for hanging out side and playing games or watching the sunset. I highly recommend this property!

Great views, good proximity and spacious

The house was spacious with spectacular Mountain Views! Was close enough to the town (5 min drive) but felt nestled in the mountains. Communication with the property managers was excellent- they helped us resolve our questions promptly. Only consideration is that there was not central heat so unless you made a wood fire, the house was really cold (~60 degrees).

Views, views... and more views! Perfect home base just minutes from town. Charming mountainside property with stunning views from the living room, bedrooms, and decks. Loved watching the mountains change throughout the day/night. We had everything we needed and cooked a few meals (mostly breakfast). Everything was well appointed and nicely decorated with the bathrooms having good water pressure and quick to have hot water. Loved the cozy gas fireplace on the lower level and the swing. Just down the road where the road U turns is a spectacular lookout point. We even saw one lonely moose up the hill!

Great stay!

It was wonderful. Seriously great views and even with out AC it was cold in the house at night and plenty of fans were provided. Super short drive to Main Street as well. Such a great location.

Great Views - Cozy Home - Close to Town

This home was great for our stay. It snowed while we were here, but the property manager made sure they plowed and we had no problems driving in and out. Be sure to get an AWD vehicle. Also, be sure to light the fireplace in the living room. It warms up the entire home, and was easy to use! There were plenty of cooking supplies, we bought groceries and ate at home almost the entire time. This home has several porches with GREAT VIEWS for the summer and winter! There are steps on the property which may be harder for some, but even in the snow, our family (ages 50-20) could get around fine! The hot tub, foosball table, sauna, and downstairs bar were great entertainment areas! There was plenty of sleeping area! 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, 2 twin beds in a trundle, 2 full beds in a bunk, and a pull out couch!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay here for a late birthday/friendsgiving celebration and had a wonderful time. The home was beautiful and well kept with great amenitites including a full-service kitchen that allowed us to host a full thanksgiving meal. There is also a sauna and hot tub that were really nice and fun to take advantage of. Location is also great and very close to downtown Breck and the gondola which takes you up to the ski resort.The only 2 points of feedback I would give to management would be: 1. The bedding is REALLY warm. As in not breathable at all. Despite it being very cool in the home at night time (it was ~15 degrees outside), this made it really hard to sleep well - at least the first night. We ended up taking couch blankets into the bedroom and used those in place of the actual bed linens. I would HIGHLY suggest to management to invest in different, more breathable materials for this.2. The smoke alarm went off at 7:30am one morning for no apparent reason and would not go off. The smoke detector was too high up for anyone to reach it so we just had to wait for it to go off which took about 15 minutes. We contacted management but they didn't really provide any real solution. My advice to the rental company would be to at least make the smoke alarm accessible to guests.

Everything was so well maintained and beautifully set up. We used the woodstove and it kept the house so cozy and warm. The views were absolutely stunning and we used the hot tub as well in the snow. It was like out of a story book with the snow falling and the mountain views. Super convenient location right outside Breckenridge as well. We found ourselves wanting to spend all our down time in the cabin. Highly highly recommend!

Wonderful weekend in the Mountains

What a beautiful lodge. The windows and deck gave an amazing view of Breckenridge ski area. The living room was spacious and a gathering place. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Plenty of towels. Very nice shower in the upstairs bathroom. Sauna and hot tub worked great and were enjoyed. Downstairs bar, foosball, and couch area were good for games. The lodge was excellent for our needs and we would book yhis location again. Only constructive feedback is that the 2nd garage space was not big enough for our jeep or subaru.

The space was perfect for our family with adult kids! They loved hanging out in the basement for movie nights and going in the hot tub1. We enjoyed coffee on the deck in the morning with spectacular views of the mountains. The side patio was perfect for outdoor dining and playing games at the couches. The kitchen was fully stocked with any tool and utensil we would need which made cooking at home easy and enjoyable. The location was perfect because we could easily get into town for shopping and dining, yet it was private and comfortable! We loved it and already have talked about going back again! Thank you!

Perfect Family Getaway

Wow! Our family of five absolutely loved this home away from home. The spectacular view was breathtaking and everyone found something fun and relaxing to do. We had big plans to explore beautiful Breckinridge, but loved the house so much that we simply stayed “home” most of the time. The foosball table, hot tub, patio, and all the cozy spaces were exactly what we needed.

Beautiful home with amazing views just minutes from Main Street in Breckinridge. Home in very clean and was fully stocked with everything we needed for our stay. My family and I had a great trip and will definitely be back again!!
