Condo was very clean, great location and booking and communication was excellent. You can walk to everything very quickly and easily. Would highly recommend.
Great location for walking around town. The bed is not very comfortable and the bathroom fan needs to be cleaned. The location made up for the problems.
I am so thankful for staying there! We were right in the middle of everything! The great market and liquor store was right next door! All restaurants and bars were within blocks! We had 2 pups with us and we all walked everywhere!

Location was fantastic, one block behind Main Street. Lots of great restaurants in the vicinity, as well as a grocery store that opens till 9pm.
Apartment was clean. Kitchen was well equipped not only with cooking utensils and cutlery, but dried herbs as well.
Bedroom was comfortable. Sheets were very soft.
We loved the location of this unit right off of Main Street in Breckinridge. Less than a block off the main drag, it was perfect for walking to dinner and shopping. The room was as indicated including clean. Part of being so close to Main Street was that it was not a totally quiet location so we didn’t keep the sliding glass screen door open at night which made it a little warm for sleeping. Bedroom was adequate though the memory foam mattress was not the most comfortable for us. Overall, it was clean and convenient but not a luxury stay.
Struggled to communicate with property manager upon arrival. Walls are very thin, lots of noise from other occupants made it difficult to sleep/enjoy. Lack of clarity regarding parking. Smell of apartment was odd as well. However, location was perfect.
Great stay in Breckenridge! Great location and within walking distance of all amenities. The neighbors to the side and above were horrendous. Late night partying and as soon as 11:00pm hit, endless stomping and slamming around. Quite honestly, the most unbelievable situation. Contemplated confronting them myself or involving the local authorities but we threw our pillows over our heads and prayed for the best. Can’t win all the time, other than that, it was a great trip! Would say here again if the other occupants of the building disappeared.
The location was phenomenal and walkable to main street and the slopes. The place was clean and pretty well stocked, bring oil or cooking spray if you plan to cook. The ski storage was very helpful since it was a tighter space.
While it was mostly good, the bed in the bedroom was very uncomfortable and my husband and I didn't sleep well either night. It felt like there was a hard rod or board in the middle of the bed. The leather pullout sleeper was more comfortable. Also, you can hear everything in the hallways and from the neighbors above. Luckily, it's a quiet facility and people seem to go to bed early.
The location and cleanliness is why we gave it the three stars.

Great location - that's about it
The location is right off of Main Street Breck which was great. Aside from that unfortunately that was the only positive. The walls to the apartment are paper thin and you could hear every step in the apartment complex. There was lipstick smudges on the glasses, hair on the bathroom walls and the pull out couch does not pull out but rather you can pull out a cot from underneath the couch. The instructions for check in was confusing as there was outdated pictures/codes to get in. The lock box code to get into the apartment was outdated. We tried calling the property manager multiple times with no response. Upon rereading again there was a different code that was correct in a different portion of the instructions. However, we never received a call back from the property manager. Not worth the price
Perfect Location for our first visit to Breckinridge
We loved being walking distance from all the great little shops and restaurants, and there are great shuttles and trolleys for getting around to other attractions. The condo was comfortable and cozy and we had a great time!
It is hard to find a place that takes pets and this was the perfect place for us and our two pups. We loved being right off main street and so close to everything. We will definitely be back.
The stay was fantastic. The kitchen was well stocked. Nice view of the mountains. One block off Main street in the heart of Breckenridge was the perfect location for us. Access was super easy. Would stay again.

Loved the location. Very comfortable and just a block from Main Street and a grocery store across the street. We had three adults and were very comfortable in this unit.
We only stayed one night but we’ll be back for longer next time. The check in/out was painless, all the information we needed was provided. The condo was cozy, clean and the location was perfect. Walking distance to main street where all the restaurants and shops are located. Great place to stay.
