Come and experience one of the largest and best located ski-in ski-out condos in Breckenridge. Skiwatch 432 is located above the Colorado and Rocky Mountain Super Chair lifts on Peak 8. It’s the largest and only penthouse unit at Skiwatch and an ideal place to stay no matter how many are in your group (accommodates 12 to 13).

This penthouse includes 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths, a great room and a loft entertainment room on the 2nd story (1,600 square feet). The new renovation includes: granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, heated slate floors, new carpet, all new furniture, and is professionally decorated with all the right touches - the perfect home away from home.

Skiwatch #432 was a great place my husband and I and two other couples to experience Breckenridge! Everything was comfortable and clean. The kitchen was well appointed for meal prep and the view from the living room and deck was spectacular!Our friends were very impressed and were still thanking me on the way home for finding such a lovely spot for our vacation!The hosts, Brian and Amy, were prompt and helpful responding to my questions. Thank you guys for everything- we’d love to come back!

Amy was a great host and was very responsive. The condo is the best location - really close to Peak 8 base, true ski in/out with ski lockers. The condo is very well equipped with anything you could need. Lots of extra towels, blankets, etc. All cooking equipment is available. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing location

Couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate my husband’s birthday. Condo is beautiful, just as described. Truly step out of the ski locker room and onto the slope. If you really want an onsite gym this is not the place, makes sense why it’s barely mentioned.

Had a great time at Skiwatch 432. Couldn’t be more please with the location and space for all of us. Just a few small thought from all of us, the coffe maker was finicky and never know how much it would brew, toilet seat in mater was broken, and the temperature in the room and hallway was hot even with thermostats down. Overall great stay and would stay again!

Location, location, location

Property was great and nothing beats a true ski in/ski out. Home was well stocked, beds were extremely comfortable, and could not ask for more. Only reason I gave 4 stars on check in process is because the entire property is still on old-school keys including accessing them via a combination lock. Albeit, it was nostalgic but then complicated when you have several people in your party. The hosts were very responsive and great to deal with. Definitely recommend.

Best location possible!!

If you want to be on the slope, overlooking the lifts and watching the terrain park from the balcony…..book this place!!! Was so great. Downtown Breck is a little over a mile away so if you want nightlife, have a car, take the gondola or free bus. The host was extremely accommodating when we had to make some adjustments to our schedule. Check in and communication was a breeze. Hot tub directly below the balcony. Can’t wait to go back. Thanks again!!!

Great spot for Peak 8

It'd be hard to find better spot for Peak 8 skiing. This is a popular building but this is the best and largest unit. Most of the others are 2 bedrooms. This one is on the corner and it has a loft area with bunkroom and bathroom. This was our third year staying here for spring break and it has served as a great base for our young family to grow in our skiing. You can see the Peak 8 ski school from inside the condo and have the kids there in under 10 minutes (after getting all their gear on).

Fantastic experience!

We ran into the property manager and he said this was the best unit in the building. Fantastic location right on the slopes. We had four kids between 7-10 with us, so it was perfect for them to take frequent breaks, grab a snack, go to the bathroom, etc. Ski locker was very convenient. We cooked dinner in the condo each night; the kitchen was well-stocked with what we needed. The kids watched a movie upstairs while the adults watched a moving in the living room. Had the gas fireplace on most of the time! For sure would stay again!

Smooth and low stress. Rooms worked out well for our group. The place was clean and had all the needed items. The TV was tricky to get standard TV but we figured it out. The coffee machine needs to go! Just get a basic machine that everyone can use. What a view and deck to hang out on with this family.

Annual family Christmas

We come skiing as a family every year and specifically requested this place for the second time because of the location. The view from the deck is absolutely gorgeous, you can sit and drink coffee and watch the skiers go down the hill. It is nice because people who don’t ski at all can walk down the hill and go to the spa or ride the gondola to town and all levels of skiers/snowboarders can ride the lift from here. The house is stocked with any type of kitchen appliance that you may need. The only suggestion I would have is to leave some towels for the hot tub. Also, I would suggest getting a keypad for the door as the lock and key system is very tricky to maneuver. Other than that, we had a fabulous time and will stay again. The host is always very quick to respond to your needs.

True Ski In/Ski Out

This is a true ski in/ski out condo with easy access to Peak 8 lifts, gondola, ski rental, lift tickets, bars, and restaurants. The kids loved the loft area with 5 beds and space to themselves. The 2 hot tubs, sauna, and fireplace kept us warm. The hostess was very responsive and helpful with questions, issues, and recommendations. The on-site manager was also wonderful. Kitchen was well stocked, and plenty of space with ski lockers for equipment. Parking was easy with 2 levels of covered areas. Appreciated the humidifiers in each room to help with the dry mountain air. Large TV with surround sound. 2 coffee pots with a Keurig feature. Highly recommend this host and unit!

Family Christmas

We go to Brek every year for our Christmas with our family. We stay at a different place each year depending on how many of us come. This is the first time we have stayed @ Peak 8. The view from the covered deck of this property is priceless. Perfect spot to sit and watch the skiers/boarders come down the mountain. It is a few steps out the door to hop on the slopes & down to numerous lifts for all levels of skiing. The hot tubs are a great spot as well, right on the slopes. This condo had everything we needed to make our time seamless. The only complaint we had was the keys/door locks are a bit temperamental. A keypad would be much easier- other than that, the kitchen had any type of appliance/utensil you would need. Plenty of space by the cozy fireplace to relax in the living room. The host always responded to my questions quickly. We would love to stay here again if we have a smaller group.
