The property is located a few steps away from the Colorado and Rocky Mountain ski lifts, the gondola, the ski school and the beginner lifts of Peak 8.

The property is available for the week Saturday March 30 through Saturday April 6, 2024. Prime Easter spring break week.

The studio apartment is located in the most luxurious ski-in, ski-out property in Breckenridge. Amenities include indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs, a spa, 5 private movie theaters, a game room, 2 indoor gyms, various outside grills, a skating rink, even an escape room. Various restaurants and bars are in walking distance or inside the property, while the gondola or the free shuttle bus can get you to Breckenridge Main Street with its famous restaurants and shops.

The ski resort is a few steps away, literally. The Colorado and Rocky Chair Lifts access green, blue, and black runs, and are the gateway to the more challenging runs on the upper mountain. Rips Ride and Chair 5 are lifts for beginners, while the ski school/ticket office/rental office are on the ground level of the property.
