Ski-In Condo on Four O'Clock Ski Run - 1 block from Downtown
Enjoy a bright and roomy ski-in 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with a spacious 1,200 sq. foot floor-plan right on Four O'clock Run! Pine Ridge 4C is a second floor, end unit that overlooks a quiet courtyard. Master Bedroom has a private deck that overlooks the Sawmill Creek and ski run.
This is the perfect location for serious skiers and shoppers alike. There’s no need for a car. Walk a few blocks to Snowflake Lift or catch the free shuttle to Snowflake Lift, Peak 8 or Peak 9. After a great day on the mountain, ski right to the condo along Four O’clock run. Take a quick soak in the hot tub located right behind the condo. You are only one block from downtown - there you will find plenty of restaurants and shopping to accommodate any taste.
Guests will appreciate all the amenities of home including a full kitchen, gas fireplace, baseboard heating, private washer/dryer and two private decks. The condo is fully stocked with necessary cooking, dining utensils and linens.
As our guest, you will have access to the Upper Village Pool, just a short walk from our building. That facility also has three more hot tubs and an updated locker room. (The pool does close for a month in the Spring and Fall).
Pine Ridge Condo complex provides picnic areas with gas grills (steps from the condo) for the summer months only. The fitness room and check-in lounge are available year round. Free parking for 1 car with parking pass (provided). A Christy Sports Ski & Snowboard rental shop is located on property.
Additional amenities include: free wireless internet, hair dryers, humidifiers, board games, guide books, toys/crayons/markers, cable TV with premium movie channels, Nintendo Classic located in 2nd bedroom, coffee machine, blender, crock pot, electric skillet and private ski locker (located on the first floor).

We offer a 10% discount on the nightly rate for stays of 7+ nights. Included in your reservation is a $5,000 damage insurance policy. This will show up as a $79 property fee when booking.

We had a great stay here. The location is awesome—close to the gondola, skiing, and downtown. The condo had everything we needed, especially with kids, which made the trip easy and comfortable. Communication was great and the hosts and management were very responsive. Would definitely stay again.

Me, my wife, our adult son and a close friend stayed here for a week during March 2025. The ski access was convenient and the private ski lockers on the bottom floor was great. The unit was clean, quiet and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Location in relation to shops, bars, and restaurants is excellent. Easy walk down the hill. Very cool to be able to ski in via 4 O’Clock! We loved that. Little bit of a walk to Snowflake lift (uphill on sidewalk) so I would suggest getting dropped off at the little parking lot with all your ski/board gear. Parking was very easy at the Pine Ridge lot. Condo was cute and well stocked and hot water was very hot!
As others have said, this is an ideal location because the 4 O'clock runs up to back of property and it is a 100 yard walk to the lift. It is also just a few hundred yards to town.The property is well stocked so you do not need to get condiments or supplies. Comfy living room and updated furniture.The owner/management company are extremely responsive and helped quickly with specific requests.We would definitely stay at this property when we come back to Breck next!The pro
We had a wonderful stay in Breck. Location of property was perfect. Walk straight out to the street to be picked up by the Yellow or Brown bus. Short ride to Snowflake lift or Beaver Run lift. Ski 4 O'clock trial back to condo for lunch and end of day. Recommend taking the bus on the other side of the street to Breckenridge Station and riding the Gondola to Peak 7 or 8.
This was our first trip to Breckenridge and could not have asked for a better location and place to stay. Walking distance to the snowflake lift, gondola, and literally steps to downtown. At the end of the day, take the Four O’Clock ski run to your door. Condo was super clean and comfortable. Loved the fireplace and hot tub after a long day! We were a family of four adults, and it was comfortable. If we had more adults, it probably would have been a little tight. Thanks for a great week, we look forward to coming back!!
