Enjoy Breckenridge lodging accommodations located just 20 yards off of the Four O'clock Ski Run and one block from historic Main Street. This top floor, corner unit has an unusually spacious floor plan with contemporary furnishings to make you feel right at home. Guests really enjoy the flat screen TVs in the living area, master and second bedrooms. Featuring a large breakfast bar with seating for four, the kitchen received new counter tops and cabinets in 2015. The vaulted living area also has a new rock fireplace with new carpeting. Guests also appreciate the covered parking, complimentary Wi-Fi, two indoor hot tubs and the close proximity to the attractions of downtown.

This condo is very walkable to town and ski in. Bus stop is only steps away for getting to Snowflake lift quickly. It’s well equipped in the kitchen, furnishings are a bit dated but overall it has everything you need & we loved the electric fire place. Bedroom lighting worked but could be enhanced to be brighter and new blankets would be suggested. All the shades work and heat is very efficient. Dryer should be checked out. It takes a long time to dry towels. The dishwasher didn’t work. We managed to find the manual online and reset it. Property management never responded to our call or email. We eventually ran into maintenance on the elevator a few days later. He was very pleasant and had offered to help, but we had it working by then. The view from the balcony of town at night lit up is wonderful.

A cozy condo!
Great place to stay near a bus stop, close to Main Street and a ski in location!
We had amazing experience staying at this well equipped and conveniently located condo! I wish we could have stayed longer and really relaxed as we spent most of our time on the mountain.
Great experience, property is walkable to downtown/restaurants/shops. Can ski down the 4 o’clock run right to the condo! Shuttle stop a 25 foot walk from the parking lot. Only downside is you can only have one vehicle parked in the parking lot. We had two for our group.
Convenient location that is close to main street restaurants and shopping. Lodging was very clean and the furnishings were all very comfortable. It was very easy to relax here. After a couple of days the grandkids were calling it "home".
Loved the location of this place. Was perfect for our group of 9 and just a short walk from shops and restaurants. Skied right to the elevator at the end of the day.
Our unit was clean and convenient to town. Parked our car and didn’t need it again til we left. Asked for some supplies and they were brought within the hour. Would love to stay here again!! Only down side is that they only allow one parking spot.
Hands down the location of the property is the best thing. Very convenient to EVERYTHING! The unit is also nice and comfortable for a family.
Some comments- basic needs like coffee filters, PAM, etc would be nice to keep in stock in the unit
The living area needs some work just to make it more comfortable, perhaps and ottoman for the two chairs, or a love seat or recliners. The TV would also be better for the space if it was over the mantle.
Perfect location! Lower 4 O'Clock runs ends at the entrance of the Saw Mill Creek Condos. Also, there is a Free Ride Bus location when you walk out of the complex. 8 minute walk to the gondola and the bus can take you to Peak 9 or the Peak 8 Gondola
Family had a great time at this property it was clean and very functional. Location was great a block from downtown and short walk from gondola’s and hiking trails. Would recommend for large families. Hiking, golf, whitewater rafting, fishing and many other fun activities close to this property.
Overall, good place to stay. However, pretty warm during the summer, so need to keep windows open to get some air. Because it's right on Park Ave, with the windows open, it can be fairly loud. But wonderful to be able to walk over to Main Street!

Overall great property
Only wish that hot tubs were closer and you didn't have to go outdoor to get to them. Few heat lamps in the halls would help. Also they only provide parking for one car.
