Bison Ridge Lodge is centrally located in Breck, walking/biking distance to downtown Main Street (0.7 mi), Carter Park (0.7 mi), the BreckConnect Gondola (0.8 mi), the base of Peak 9 (1 mi) and hiking and biking trails. Bison Ridge Lodge is also just a couple blocks from (0.2 mi) a stop on the Free Breck Ride which goes to Main Street, the Gondola, Peak 9 and numerous other destinations in Breckenridge, including connections to Summit County.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
- Bedroom #1: On the main level, the Master Bison Suite has a King Bed, Private Deck, Private en Suite Bathroom & Walk in Closet with a Mini Crib
- Bedroom #2: On the Lower level, our Bear Family Suite offers a King Bed plus a separate Twin Bed perfect for littles, where you’ll find an En Suite Bathroom (with bedroom and hallway access).
- Bedroom #3: On the Lower level, our Wild Horse Suite features a King Bed and En Suite Bathroom (with bedroom and hallway access).
- Bedroom #4: On the lower level, our Stag Bedroom sleeps 2 additional guests in a Queen Bed

Great house for entertaining friends and family. We thoroughly enjoyed both the privacy of the home and the proximity to downtown (only a 15 minute walk). Wonderful memories and look forward to staying again.

Amazing Stay

This was a perfect home for our daughter's engagement celebration. The house was perfectly located to walk downtown. It accommodated our group of 11 people with plenty of room. Everything was clean and they provided a lot of amenities. Great stay and would highly recommend!

Amazing mountain getaway

Stayed here in February for ski trip the house was well equip, very clean and nicely furnished. Location to ski slopes very convenient and with shuttle buses just down the street. Communicating with Dan and Kelly was very easy and they are excellent hosts.

Excellent house.

We loved this house and will come back to it if we return to Breck. Great open layout with high ceiling, lovely deck, big hot tub, well stocked kitchen, yard games and many amenities for kids. Less than 5 mins drive to downtown, two blocks from bus to the gondola.

Awesome house for a ski trip

Our group of 5 adults and 7 kids had a great stay at the house. The owner was very responsive to any questions. We cooked all meals in the stocked kitchen, used the hot tub each day after skiing. Plenty of sleeping space for our group.

Amazing house, perfect for a family

We stayed at the house in august for 4 nights and had the best time. Our family really enjoyed the house and the amenities that came with it! We brought our dog and it was perfect for him also. Host was very accommodating and checked in on us often to make sure we had everything we needed.

Everything about this property was exactly as advertised and exceeded all expectations. The views were wonderful, the location was perfect, the home was clean. Great location and house

My family recently stayed at this fantastic home in Colorado, and it exceeded all our expectations. The home had a luxurious hot tub, which was the perfect way to relax after a day of exploring. The kitchen was exceptionally well-equipped and the home had every amenity available which made our stay so comfortable and convenient. The home sits on a huge lot in a quiet neighborhood, providing a serene retreat but still close to town. The host was also very responsive and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a memorable stay. Overall, this house is a gem! We would definitely stay here again!

Perfection

Family met for an early Christmas celebration. The property was perfect with lots of rooms. Every detail of this property is thought out. Everything from dog dishes to towels were easy to find. We hope to make this a yearly event and Bisin Ridge is the perfect Colorado house.

A wonderful family vacation

We loved absolutely every moment of our stay! Our large family had plenty of room to be together as well as plenty of room to spread out! The house was clean as a whistle and the most well equipped house I’ve ever stayed in. Completely stocked kitchen supplies, even humidifiers available in bedroom closets. Just lovely and comfortable and we hope to be back again soon!

Great property! 8 adults, three kids 3-10, and 2 month old. Plenty of space for all to be together and alone. The loft area was a special treat for the kids of all ages!! Hot tub was a huge hit and the grounds allowed for privacy and beauty. Would definitely recommend and return!!

Everything and more we could have hoped for.

This was the perfect place for us. Spectacular views. Walking distance to downtown for dining, shopping and just enjoying this beautiful place. Short drive to trails. If you don't want to drive, just walk out the door and you are in the mountains. Kelly made it so simple and checked in to see if we needed anything, which we did not because everything was perfect. When in Breckenridge, this will be our home away from home!

Fantastic Family Gathering

Kelly and Dan are more like friendly inn keepers who care deeply about their guests’ experiences than anonymous owners. They have thought through every detail to make your stay seamless and were immediately responsive before 7am when the power in the neighborhood went out. Their home is lovely, well stocked and well situated and we even received an unexpected welcome gift upon arrival. Our family of 12 adults and one baby enjoyed a wonderful belated Christmas celebration thanks to the thoughtfulness and home of our hosts.

Best stay EVER

Extremely clean and easy. Communication with the owners was prompt throughout our stay. The home was INCREDIBLE! Comfortably fit 13 and we all had plenty of space to spread out. Beds were comfy (and im pretty picky). Amenities were absolutely top notch!! Every detail was covered; including soap, trash bags, paper towels, hot tub towels, lighters, games, puzzles, books, crayons, spare toothbrushes. Truly remarkable! We didnt want to leave.

Incredible mountain home with wonderful hosts

This was by far the best property we've stayed at! I wish we could give them more than 5 stars! The house was so well designed, super clean, and they had everything you could think of to make the stay easy, comfortable and fun. They even left us wine and a charcuterie board as a welcome gift, which was so kind. The aspen leaves were incredible and we even saw a family of moose from the property! We loved lounging in the hot tub, and the kids had a blast playing in the upstairs loft. Communication was excellent and the owners are super friendly. I highly recommend staying here!!!

Family trip

Everything was fabulous. My husband and I (the grandparents) stayed in the master suite on the main floor. Our daughter, son-in-law and their 4 kids - aged 9 months, 2, 4 & 6 stayed on the lower level. This home is perfect for kids. They have everything you could possibly need - pack n play, changing table, sippy cups etc…. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. The home is beautiful!!! The beds, sheets, pillows are very comfy. They have thought of all the details on this home. After dinner, we would get in the very large hot tub to finish our day. I highly recommend this home!

Great Family Workation

We usually stay in Breck for a few weeks at the end of the summer, but needed a bigger place for a larger group attending a family wedding. Most of the adults were also working remotely so needed good WiFi and plenty of space to spread out for meetings and video calls. The house met all of those needs. The house is very well-equipped and the photos are very accurate. We enjoyed the outdoor spaces and appreciated having our dogs with us. We were concerned about being a little further away from Main Street and the dog park, but it was still very easy to get around on foot and with bikes and didn’t really affect us. House is located in a very quiet and peaceful residential area with a lot of wildlife. Bedrooms are roomy and comfortable. We had regular contact from the owners who were quick to respond to questions or minor needs. Although we didn’t have small children in our group, the upstairs loft area is a great place for them to hang out and play games. We will definitely return!
