The property was very run down and had a lot of traffic noise. It was very close to Main Street for sightseeing though.

We love the location of the SawMill Creek Condos. Walking distance to the historic downtown. There is a trail head to SawMill Trail right next to the parking lot. Our son hiked it several times and even saw a moose. Great place for families with younger or older kids. Liquor store and bike rentals conveniently located across the street and the City Market grocery store is a two minute drive.

We were at the property, but there were no one to talk to. The details were not clear about parking, so we had to drive around the block until decided to park at the empty space - though the welcome pack says we had a 'reserved parking'. There was nothing at the apartment - even some coffee - literally an empty space without anything. Very unwelcoming experience. We called the emergency no at least 10 times, but no one picked up. We spoke to office guys the next day, but there were asking about the type of our emergency rather being sorry for not attending our calls. We would never recommend this place... and never go back.

Condo was ok, a little disappointed

Room was not updated, so looked nothing like the pictures. Was disappointed that we could only park 1 vehicle on site. Location was great. It wasn’t dirty, but needed vacuumed.

We had such a great time in Breckenridge and thus property was perfect.

The proximity of this property to Main Street was awesome. We gave everyone a key and they could walk to the adorable shops snd restaurants while mom and dad explored trails. Christy Sports right across the street and gave us a 20 percent discount for staying there. The bike trail was paved but right along water with beautiful mountain views! Walking distance to the gondola which was free in the summer. Super vacation spot! Kristina N.

Sawmill Creek-Breckenridge, CO

We go to Breckenridge every year, but this was our first time at Sawmill Creek. The check in process was very easy. The location is great-just a block off of Main Street. The condo was spacious and clean. The bathrooms were a little dated, but they were clean and the showers had great water pressure. We used the washer and dryer in the room to do laundry (the place says it sleeps 8, but they only give you 6 towels for the bathroom), and unfortunately the dryer was broken. Other than that, everything was great. I would stay here again.

Very disappointing

The check in was easy as was check out--the staff was awesome! There were 3 of us staying at this condo and we hate to complain, but would never recommend this condo to anyone else. The carpeting is dirty and may be too old to be thoroughly cleaned--it may just be worn out...it is frayed between the kitchen and dining area. There were small spatters on the dining room wall and above the sink is grimey--no food spatters, but it is dirty and needs a good cleaning. Two of my Mom's pillows provided (in the bedroom w two beds) actually smelled--they need to be replaced. My socks were filthy after wearing them inside.
