The condo was wonderful. It was perfect and very spacious. We loved that it was so close to Breckenridge main street. The whole condo was very clean and had everything that you need with all stocked amenities. We would definitely stay with Gary again.

Property was great for the family, easy to walk to the lifts and Main Street, spacious and well stocked. Gary was a great host, always helpful and accommodating, we hope we can return here again.
Perfect stay and location for our group of two couples. The place was clean and exactly as advertised, and the hosts were great as well. We definitely hope to be back.
Gary was very pleasant and the condo was clean with all basic needs (pots, pans, towels, detergent..) available. Gary was very responsive to all inquiries during our stay:)
Overall a great place to stay! Great location for walking downtown, decided to use the free bus to get to the lifts as the walk in ski boots was a bit long.Would be nice to have a few more pans (non-stick) for the kitchen.
This was our first time in Breckenridge, and we had an amazing time. Very close to the slopes and Main Street and could hop on the free ride shuttle or just walk to every we needed to go.
For what you pay this is as good as it gets. Great for that family who wants to get to Breck and not pay a fortune. Regular people can still have amazing vacations.Location walkable to ski and to town. Host is amazing with communication. Definitely would stay here again.
Lovely clean and well stocked condo. Has all you need for a home away from home. Directions to the ski lift make the walk even shorter to what is shown in Google maps. All communication with Gary (owner) are prompt and clear. Provided all the information we needed to make the stay easy and enjoyable.
The neighborhood was quiet and secluded despite being close to Hwy 9. Check-in and checkout instructions were very clear and made the whole process a breeze. The condo was extremely clean and comfortable. The access to Main street was very easy and everything was within walking distance. We'll definitely stay here if available next time we're in Breck.
Gary is the best host I know. He gave me the detail instructions of check in and check out. Very rooms are clean and well stocked. Great location, just 10mins walking to base 9. I really enjoyed to stay there . I definitely will be back.
We had a great stay at Gary's condo. The location was even better than expected. We could cut through the neighborhood and get quick access to the mountain. The condo was a great size and perfect for our family of four. They had everything we needed.
This was a cozy place to land during our summer adventures in and around town. It is tidy, well kept, and well stocked. We cooked some and took advantage of the opportunity to walk to town for other meals. The kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed and more. The living room was a great place to have coffee in the morning and tea in the evening. The dining table was spacious enough for our family of four adults and would have been great for playing games together if we had not been exhausted from full days of exploring together! Our hosts were well prepared and therefore our check in and out processes were executed with precision, so there were no worries whatsoever.
This Breckenridge condo is a comfortable and well stocked unit in walking distance to town. Its close enough to walk to lifts, though we chose to use the shuttle which is right next to the parking lot. Parking is convenient. Gary, the cohost was very communicative and helpful. He even went beyond by offering to send something free of charge that we had left in the unit. We would definitely stay again (good value compared to other Breckenridge units).
Overall, the condo was adequate. Although dated, it was comfortable with nice furniture and was reasonably spacious for four adults and two young children. The reason the rating is only a 3 is because the owner was extremely demanding with lists of things he expected the guests to do or not to do that were sent in multiple emails. Additionally, the owner was unable to fix a minor problem brought to his attention during the middle of our stay, offering excuses why he couldn't do it even after our stay was over. I wish to point out that due to a miscommunication, we wound up with two young children (ages 5 and 1.5) in the unit that the owner did not previously know about, but upon learning of this he was gracious about it.
This place was perfect for my family of five (2 adults, 2 young adults, and one child). It had everything we needed including a snow scraper that I had to use on my car 2 of the 5 days of my stay. There is a lot of general information located throughout the condo from dealing with altitude sickness to getting to the nearest ski lift. The Quicksilver lift is a short walk or you can use the free shuttle to take you to another lift or around town. The shuttle stop is practically right outside the building entrance. I didn't use it this time but highly recommend using it. Parking can be limited depending on where you go and there is no free parking anywhere except when grocery shopping or getting gas. Main street is where all the shops and restaurants are located. This is a short walk as well. The location, size, price, and general convenience was excellent. I felt the check in/out process was seamless. Communication with the owners couldn't have been better. They are friendly and easy to reach if you need them. They really know what they're doing in regards to rentals and that knowledge shows in how easy they made everything.
