Bever run is one of my favorite places to stay while skiing in Colorado. This is a large two bedroom unit. It is very convenient to the list and true ski and ski out. I dug at 70s vibe, those some will say it’s outdated. Unfortunately, the hot water was out while we were in the unit, We had a great time and I would recommend this place.

Carpet in bathroom, kitchen, everywhere
The only positive about our stay was the location. The ski-in ski out at bldg 4 is very nice. We arrived at night and waited more than 30 minutes to check in at front desk. We were told they didn’t have our reservation in the system, etc. When we got to the building there was no parking which required unloading then driving to a different garage area to park. In the unit we found the curtains in the living room broken and unable to close. The main bathroom had a tiny shower with signs of mold and damage to the bottom of the door. We had to call for sheets for the sofa bed - they were brought quickly. The next day after skiing and using the hot tub, there was no hot water. When we called the front desk to find out what was going on, we were told “you booked through Great Western, you need to call them and oh by the way the boiler is out so all hot water is shut off”. We did call Great Western, and they arranged for someone to come look at the curtains. That person was able to temporarily fix the curtains so they could be closed. It was another hour before the hot water was working and we were able to shower off the hot tub water. We learned our lesson to try the hot water before we went to the hot tub. The whole unit felt unclean and very tired. It needed a lot of TLC and updating.
We really enjoyed our stay. Great amount of space and very usable. The only issues we came across was we were told the wrong place to get our keys when I called to say we'd be very late getting in. Also, the drapery in the living and bedroom were not fully covering the windows due to miss missing parts.

Our condos as strategically booked due to a festival at the Beaver Run resort and a handicap person in our group, groups ability to navigate the festival with hotel. Our reservation was canceled and we were given an option 10 minutes away by walking (wheel chair not so easy) down the hill from the festival. Unfortunately, Yandy the reservationist (over seas) was not interested in our plight and was not helpful in securing a condo at the resort we originally paid for. He was not interested in giving us a discount for our problems, just moved on offering us this condo. Condo was nice well kept, situation is the reason for the score.

Ski in/Out
The location is great and apartment was outdated, but very spacious. The whole Ski in/out concept is complicated, bottom line was that i had to walk to get to the lift and with a 4,5 and 6 year olds, it males things harder.
Overall, we had a great time.
We have been coming to Beaver Run for over 10 years and absolutely love the resort and amenities. I will say that with the southern exposure it made the unit extremely hot during the say. I highly recommend keeping curtains shut during the day and opening up windows at night. There weren't any box fans but the property management company sent someone over who delievered 2 and that made a world of a difference. The curtains are a little thin so expect brightness in the morning. The beds are a little hard. And the place is very dated. But overall, we did enjoy our stay and with everything...would even stay again. It is a large unit with lots of space which was perfect for our family of 4.
The property was perfect for our family. Few minute walk to ski school, rentals and lifts. Five minute drive to town and grocery store. I would definitely come back.
Good space for our family of 5, needs some serous updating.
Great place, fun, spacious for our family of 5, but it really could use a remodel. We don’t usually care at all about decor, but there is carpet everywhere, even kitchen and bathrooms. And the stovetop could be replaced. Difficult to cook on. We enjoyed our stay, but improvements could be made for sure.
Just a little mix up initially on how to check in due to the covid, but otherwise smooth. Skiing is as easy as walking down to the lockers and then out the door.
Fireplace was great- they replaced the wood on day 2.
Hot tubs were a little harder. Due to the rona each tub is limited to one family. There’s supposed to be a 30 min time limit so folks can get a chance, but there were a fair amount of folks who would post up with some lone stars and seltzer and stay all night. That’s a people problem, not a property problem. Great place for ski season.
Everything was great with this condo except for one thing, there is carpet everywhere even in the bathrooms and kitchen, just makes if feel dirty in there. Beds were comfy and view is good. Beaver run has everything you need if you don’t want to leave

Extremely dated
This property looks like it was decorated in the 80's and not touched since. Everything...bathroom fixtures, dishes and kitchen items, cabinets, furniture, everything...is very, very dated. Carpet in bathrooms and kitchen. In one bedroom , there is an odd door with bookcase over it to room next door. In that room, you can hear elevator and people in room. If you don't care about any of this, the location is GREAT and Beaver Run is a wonderful property. Management staff is very nice

Breck 3 BDR Condo
Condo was great. Spacious and comfortable. Would have liked ski closets to be open to store equipment as not enough room in entry hall. Very accommodating of a late change from 2 BDR to 3 BDR unit.

Average
Folks at ski village are very nice but beaver run itself is very dated, elevator broke down for a day and we had to walk down 7 floors few times, was hassle. Condo is spacious but has few issues with rug, awkward sharp corners. Great view though. Parking is very limited and need to chase spots or park in next building garage.
