2 BR, 2 BA Condo – Excellent Ski-In Location – Walk To Main St!

Located at the corner of Park Avenue and Four O’Clock Road in downtown Breckenridge, Park Place Peak 9 Condo is close to the lifts and just a one-block stroll to Main Street. You can even ski down Four O’ Clock Run and walk to the condo! There are two on-site outdoor hot tubs, a gas fire pit and free covered parking, as well as seasonal access to the Upper Village pool and hot tubs. Don’t pass this place up; you and your group will love it!

This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom end-unit condo is a fantastic getaway for groups of up to eight. Inside, the living area features vaulted ceilings and large windows; you’ll enjoy the bright, open feel. There’s an impressive floor-to ceiling rock gas fireplace, a flat-screen TV and DVD player, plenty of seating for relaxing after the day’s adventures. Or sit out on the patio and take in the crisp mountain air! There’s a fully equipped kitchen with granite counters and all the gear you’ll need to whip up snacks and meals when you’re not enjoying Breck’s great dining options. There’s room for six at the dining table and four more at the breakfast bar.

You’ll also love being just across the street from the free shuttle to take you to the lifts and around town. Other amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, an in-unit washer and dryer, and parking for one vehicle. Plus, every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Property was clean and comfortable. Location is good - can walk to base of Lift #9 or short walk to use the shuttle to get up to Lift #8. All in all, a very enjoyable stay.

Nice condo very close to downtown. It was super clean and accessible to downtown. The only thing I would note is that the pool is closed during the fall. Great stay!

Great Place for our Ski Weekend

Really enjoyed our stay at this Park Place condo. Convenient to Snowflake lift and easy 5 min walk to town. The place was clean and the owners were very responsive. The hot tubs were great too! We’d definitely stay there again.

Perfect little condo right near the mountain. We parked at the mountain instead of the shuttle, but we went from our front door to on the lift in less than 10 minutes

Very comfortable stay in the center of Breckenridge

This was our 5th trip to Breckenridge and easily the most comfortable place we’ve stayed. The presence of the washer and dryer in the condo simplified the packing process and the furniture and beds were very comfortable. The location was a short walk from the center of town which made getting to food/shopping very easy and painless after a day spent hiking. We will definitely look to stay there again.

Great location

Short of being a full ski in/ski out this place was perfectly located to get right to the bus (or the lift if you don’t mind a couple blocks walk). Ski-out was simple (across the street is the exit of the 4 o’clock run). Very walkable to Main Street and all the fun. Host was responsive, checkin/out was simple. Load-in winded us low-landers with the stairs, but otherwise it was a perfect experience

First Time to Breck

First time visiting Breck was unforgettable. My teenage son had a great time, Location and amenities was perfect. Easy to communicate with owners. Only thing I couldnt find was pven mitts.

Perfect for a long Labor Day weekend.

We parked at the condo when we arrived on Friday and didn't drive again until we left on Monday. We ealked and used the free buses to get everywhere, and it was great.

Great Condi for a family! The only thing that was rough is that there was no elevators for carrying luggage up 3 flights of stairs. But other than that the condo met our needs! Easy check in and check out process!

hard beds, daylight bulbs everywhere made it super harsh. no telescope like the picture. no ceiling fans (mgmt company did bring us 2 new box fans the next day, it was 85 at 8pm that day). the gross brown carpet has loud plastic underneath, so every step is like you're walking across a Saran wrap bridge. Just felt unfinished and uncared for. clean and the building amenities are fine, to pool and hot tubs are a super short walk.

Walking distance to everything.

Nice location. Ski rental across the street. You can walk to chairlift or wait 8 minutes for the shuttle. Center of town with shoppes and restaurants is a 5 minute walk away through picturesque park. The only issue is this is a walk up to the third floor which is taxing after a long day. The ski locker is next to the door so you must carry your equipment upstairs at the end of each day. The fireplace turns on randomly and uses a thermostat control that doesn’t always turn on the fire when you want it to. The unit overall is spacious and very nice.

We would absolutely book with Summit Mountain again and again.
