This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom premium condo is the perfect getaway for families or groups of up to eight. High-end finishes, beautiful décor, and luscious dark wood throughout give this fantastic unit a luxurious feel. Walking into the living area, you’ll be impressed by the vaulted ceilings, comfortable leather furniture, and beautiful river rock gas fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen has beautiful thick granite counter-tops, high-end stainless-steel gas range and appliances, custom cabinetry, and room for eight at the massive island.

You’ll love being just across the street from downtown and the free shuttle to take you around town in both the summer and winter! The complex also features two on-site outdoor hot tubs, a gas fire pit and free covered parking, as well as access to the Upper Village swimming pool and hot tub!

Other amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, in-unit washer/dryer, and parking for one vehicle. This property is in a really awesome location for walking down town! The pool is a nice perk and was fun to take the kids to. Condo is as listed with space for everyone but also very cozy!

This condo is in the perfect location. A few minute walk to downtown Breck or a few min free bus ride to skiing. Wonderful design and amenities allowing everyone to relax. Two bedrooms and two full bathrooms is a lifesaver with two teens! Highly recommend!

The condo had everything we needed! Location was perfect. We were able to walk everywhere. Had one sma issue but the maintenance team was there in 20 minutes to take care of it. Would definitely reccomend and would definitely stay again!

Spring skiing

The property is in a great location and everything about the property is great except a few little details. The ceiling fans haven’t been cleaned in a while and in the bathroom with the washer and dryer there is a musty smell somewhere in that bathroom. I would stay there again because of location and floor plan of the unit. The property manager responded to issues in a very timely manner.

Great location!

Excellent location. Overall, the condo is great, but really does need a refresh. Gas grill didn't light. Chairs broken on balcony and at island. Could really use new carpet, pretty dingy. We didn't really mind, but I can see where some would. Loved the layout and location. Nice kitchen and plenty of living room seating. Easy parking. And VERY comfortable beds. I would definitely stay here again, but would hope the owners would invest in some new carpet along with a few chairs for the balcony and island. Very clean! Overall, a pretty damn good experience!

Needs Repairs

Upon checkin it was communicated that the washing machine was broken. The alternative was to take my laundry to another unit in another building. During our stay we noticed several outlets broken, the fireplace was inconsistently working, broken towel rack in the kitchen, and the back door would not lock. I would not recommend this condo for any family with small children. My son was also shocked by one of the outlets (didn’t look broken) when he was plugging his phone in.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A quiet, well equipped and spacious apartment located just a couple of blocks from Main Street. The layout was perfect for two separate parties and access to the pool was easy. This apartment is on the third floor and there is no elevator which is something to be aware of for someone with limited mobility. One irritation was a strange lack of glassware and minimal dishware. Otherwise the kitchen was great. The toilet area in the master bedroom looked a bit unfinished, but this was only cosmetic. And, finding a parking space in Breckenridge for a second car was quite a hassle. But, aside from these issues we really enjoyed our stay here.

This property is in a perfect location, perfect size, and has great amenities. A 2 min walk to Main St, a 4 min walk to the gondolas. Everything is exactly as described.
